I know BBQ and this is some of the best I’ve ever had. This is coming from a Texan! This place has everything you could want in a fabulous meal. The burnt ends and pulled pork were to die for….and the peach cobbler was divine.

It took 90 minutes for a small order. BBQ was not the greatest, I had the green chili brisket burger, it was huge but 5/10 on taste. Tried the brisket, it was overcooked. 3 people walked out without their orders due to 90 minute wait.
Poor service. Waiting one and a half hour for food. Not great quality. Missed my son's wings. Never checked on once. Never told there was a wait

I left Colorado springs at 7am on my way to Aspen and decided to drop by for some takeaway.
I took a brisket sandwich, another burnt end sandwich and a potato salad.
Ate them throughout the day with the great views of Colorado, instead of the expensive stuff around Aspen and this made my day.
Meat was amazing, smoky, burnt the exact amount and tasty. Buns and salad were great. And everything was packed perfectly to keep fresh and neat.
It's a shame I am not going back the same way :)

The food was superlative, fantastic brisket and burnt ends. Mac and cheese and the coleslaw were also fantastic.
Not the fastest place on earth, but well worth the wait and were super friendly to us. Great to see such an awesome place in the ole home town

I was told about how good the bbq is here. Drove an hour just to check it out. I was not disappointed. Had the pulled pork sandwich. It was delicious.

Best burnt ends I ever had, and the friendliest owners I've ever met! Incredibly hospitable
We ordered burnt tips and brisket. Both were REALLY good. For the sides we had cornbread (fresh out of the oven -- YUM!) with butter and honey, baked beans, and potato salad. It is all served with garlicky Texas toast. We will be going back!
I'm a local, I've been going to this place for over a year. Food is Great, but VERY SLOW Service....After they finally take your order, expect to wait at least 1/2 hour..Service is getting WORSE....WTF Calling in your order is no good, if they don't answer the phone.
