I regularly ordered the 2 for 4 deal on breakfast and my grilled cheese came out not grilled at all and the cheese wasn’t melted. Then they upped the price and took twice as long to give me the same bad sandwich. I’m just gonna spend the extra 5$ to get einsteins

Carlos went above and beyond when the app on my phone did not honor the half price deal offered. 10 star service, 5 star fast food. It was a drive thru so I honestly can't speak to the atmosphere inside.

First time at a Carl's Junior. The staff was very pleasant & helpful. Burger was delicious! They even put it in a lettuce wrap since I'm gluten allergic. I just asked for no bun as I didn't want to be a problem. They went above & beyond to ask if they could use a lettuce wrap. That was really very nice of them. They even came to our table to check if we needed anything. How nice is that?!

I’m a picky eater. had order come out with bbq sauce and perfectly cooked fries. new burger came out very quickly with correct toppings. so warm so fresh. I learned my lesson not to ask what toppings come on any given burger or sandwich

5 dollars for a breakfast burrito that has some girth and flavor is a lot in today's economy. High five to Carl's for keeping it real.
They use a drive-thru robot and it's pretty terrible. Humans also make mistakes; but when a robot makes a mistake, it feels way more frustrating. And even if it didn't make mistakes, it would still be frustrating due to the awkward interaction.
