Didn't take order right or communicate about item substitutions. When calling about incorrect items / missing items is when i was informed I wasn't charged for some and explained the substitutions and why. Didn't offer any correction or allowances for the lack of communication or item substitutions.
They have all the open signs on, store hours say closes at 10 pm it was 9:40pm. They are closed. They have the automated greeting on the speaker saying they are closed when I walked up to the front door and tried to open it one of the young men inside flipped me off.
