Service was great. The food was pretty dang good too. Id come here again. I feel likes it's hard to find a good restaurant in Colorado that isn't a chain. Their fries are super good.
The service shines here. Great staff that are helpful and always ready to answer questions. The food is simple but delicious. Fun decor and a gift shop for out of towners. Start off with a cinnamon roll!
Verns is a classic! It has existed my hole life. I remember going here with my grand parents when I was kid. We also used to stop at verns for gas, ice, worms, and doughnuts for the drive when we would go camping. Verns has a very special place in my heart. It's not the same as it used to be , I actually stopped eating ther about 10 years ago because the food and service had just gotten so awful.
