Idk what the problem was this visit but Absolutely horrible…. Chips were stale no queso dip I asked for a cheese enchilada with queso she said it would come with shredded cheese on top LOL…. We got home that night and I was throwing up pretty sure I got food poisoning from them….

One of best and most authentic in the whole Colorado. Carmen has been serving my father's side of the family for years now, they cater all our gatherings and funerals, everything is always muy bueno!!! Every time I'm in las animas I stop and get pints of their green chili, it's the best green chili I've ever had!!!!!

The food is not as good as it once was. There was no spice on my chicken fajita and the onions and bell peppers were under cooked. The service was friendly but my order was to go and I guess I was expected to scoop up the avocado and sour cream with my fingers. They did not include a napkin either.

Great service, a good place to meet friends. We like the food and like to ask for the spicy dip to go with the complimentary chips. We had the Diablo Shrimp and a Stuffed Sopapilla. Both were very authentic and tasty.
