Before we moved back to are home town Denver we went here the food was always good friendly staff do u guys own a restaurant out I'm denver ? If las animas wasn't so far we would go just to eat at carmens good food
Just happened to be in the area. Stopped by, met by friendly staff, and had a good lunch. On a personal note this a advantage of a small town. You have a local restaurant that the locals like.
One of best and most authentic in the whole Colorado. Carmen has been serving my father's side of the family for years now, they cater all our gatherings and funerals, everything is always muy bueno!!! Every time I'm in las animas I stop and get pints of their green chili, it's the best green chili I've ever had!!!!!
