Not sure what the low rating are all about. Staff was polite and prices were reasonable and good variety with fast service
Stupid prices. What a joke.
The product in the selection is decent, but the people running the place and doing customer service should not be doing customer service at all. They are very extremely rude and they get aggravated and annoyed very very quickly. I often feel uncomfortable taking my children there when , we often like to go there as a family and we have stopped Kuz people there do make us feel uncomfortable. They are very rude and overpriced .
We were tourists passing through this town and my Niece wanted a smoothie. Before they started making it my Niece changed her mind and wanted a different flavor. They said they don't change flavors once you place an order. WTH? My Niece got her Smoothie and it was watery. I also ordered a coffee which tasted like boiling water. This place has terrible food and no customer service. We'll never come here again, but if by chance anyone reads this review, I hope it will save them from a terrible experience. Don't know why this place has nearly 4 stars. It sucks!

I tried to call the shop, no answer. Bought a milk shake it had something chewy that didn't appear to be food. It was a napkin, I think. Not positive ut tgats what it seemed like. All blended up in the milk shake. GROSS
I took my 3 and 6 yr old grandkids for an icecream treat. I was met with so so service, no smiling. I purchased 3 ice cream, $25, which was outrageous for 3 single scoops. I paid and tipped them out of pressure then we forgot sprinkles for their ice, when I asked them if they could put a little on, they said they had to charge $1.25 each for a tsp. of sprinkles. I agreed because I had already promised, then they tell me they have a minimum of $5 for a debit card and I had no cash. So I had to buy something else to make up difference. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! UNBELIEVABLE!!

some reviews may have had some other workers, but the employees who did my order weren’t very nice and made me feel a bit rushed and uncomfortable. couldn’t split two flavours without paying for two separate scoops, which would be alright ..if it weren’t $10? quite expensive. & my ice cream almost tasted freezer burned? chunks of ice. it just wasn’t the greatest experience unfortunately :( skip this one

Needed some ice cream after getting off the trail. This place has a large variety of items- including ice cream and gelato. The folks serving just weren't friendly to our group though we were purchasing expensive small scoops of ice cream without sampling. Heads up that there are no samples and no split flavor scoops, this is fine if your workers still smile and are friendly to the paying customers. Ice cream was mediocre- could have picked up the same thing at a grocery store for a fraction of the cost.
Kid-friendliness: Workers seemed annoyed by our kids (and us) though we were respectful.

Afternoon ice cream stop. Not overly sweet. Pretty soft, melted quickly. Flavors tried huckleberry, chocolate brownie, and mint chip. Pricey ice cream and not very big scoops. Atmosphere a bit chaotic selling more than ice cream. Sat outside in metal chairs, watching mainstreet traffic go by.

mango sorbet in a lavender cone is sooo tasty, but hard to enjoy after paying over $12 for one scoop. yummy, but wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy overpriced.
Good ice cream bur extremely skimpy servings - it was like half a scoop for $6. I asked how much another would be and she said $4 more. So $10 for two scoops. Absolutely insane. Not worth the price for such a small amount of ice cream - the other reviews are accurate about portion sizes
Check your recipes before you leave! Will almost guarantee they will over charge you.
