My oh my...I love to find the local spots when traveling. The reviews for High Mountain Pies are spot-on! We didn't go for pizza. Though, DANG the meatball pizza at the next table looked tasty! We tried the muffaletta and cheesesteak. Both were full of flavor. My companion never finishes a whole sandwich, but this one was gone. Mine, too. The steak was thin and flavorful and then was enhanced with a horseradish aioli that sent the taste buds into sheer joy. Meats were piled on and fresh veggies in my side salad offered a crisp co.panion. also, for ranch dressing lovers, this is some of the best I've tasted. Thank you so much for a delightful lunch.
NOTE: seating is quite limited. Big parties (6+) should plan to eat on their lovely patio or place an order for pickup.

The food and the views are really, really good here. The only thing is there isn’t that much interior dining. They do have an outside patio but how it’s late December right now it’s snowing. Apart from that, this place was great and the employees are nice

The food was excellent; however, we were asked to give up our table even though we arrived first and had already ordered. I understand that I placed a to-go order, but we were allowed to sit and order initially, so being asked to move afterward so other guests could sit down and eat felt uncomfortable and unfair. This situation detracted from what would have otherwise been a very positive dining experience.

Food was okay but this woman serving couldn’t have been more rude and lacked any customer service skills. Dark hair and maroon dress. Seriously , she had a massive attitude and we have been here before. I want my tip money back. Never leave a tip before getting service.

This place and Piante in Breckenridge have the best vegan pizza in Colorado! They use Miyoko's liquid mozzarella for their vegan cheese and know just how to make it perfect!!
