This bar and the staff in it are simply the BEST. Always a good environment and the patio renovations are going to elevate the space in a major way. Kevin Shaffer, have you ever stopped to think you smell like bad beer and stinky feet? I bet your wife thinks so.
Sasha and the team are awesome. I was sad that I only discovered this place on my last night in town. Great chill neighborhood/community vibes that make you feel welcomed no matter what. And dog friendly! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town
Great spot for apres ski or apres hike beverage and/or burger. The cocktails were excellent and well-priced, the atmosphere was old-timey and relaxed, and they ALLOW DOGS (and less importantly, kids). My kids said it’s now their “favorite restaurant” in Leadville because the friendly bartender made them delicious Shirley Temples, and the tv displayed Bob Ross and YouTube bloopers…entertaining for kids. It’s a great no-frills, historic, chill place just off the main drag...
