They don't even deliver to half of Leadville and we aren't even that big of of a city.

I ordered carry out, went and got it, (they were training a new employee) everything was fine, took pizza home and my boneless wings weren't coated, just tossed into the container and drizzled with garlic parmesan sauce and my pizza was bubbly, straight outta the proofer onto a pan made with the right toppings, but it was like they never used the dough docker to "deflate" and flatten the dough out. Being shortstaffed doesn't give you as a company, the right to skip steps to get things done on time. Be professional and understanding, or don't and receive more negative reviews. Remind dine ins and deliveries you are short staffed and it will be a longer than usual wait and you appreciate them waiting.

Thank God Taco Bell is finally being built in Leadville because this being one of the only name brand places to eat from was absolute torture as the employees seem to not take their job so serious. I have been vented on by staff as well as lied to, both of which I cannot stand. If they actually did their job it wouldn't be that bad. But this is not about make believe,

I ordered a pizza, picked it up, got home and opened the box. It was a totally wrong pizza plus it was missing a piece out of it . They ate out of it and then gave it to me as my order. I tried for over an hour to call them to request a refund and no one would answer the phone . I called the Pizza Hut order line 4 times, they would say they were calling the local location and then hang up on me.

The food is excellent. The service was not the best. They never made you feel comfortable. In fact we felt intimidated because we didn't order from the bar. Not that we didn't want to but we are traveling. Place is kind of dirty. The food makes up for it.

Wow!We're here to ski for a few days, and today craving a pizza. So happy to see there's a Pizza Hut here in Leadville. Ordered from my online app, and pizza was done pronto fast! Only 15 minutes. Zach was the person who waited on me at the counter when I went to pick it up. Super great to do business with Zach, friendly and accommodating with plates, condiments etc. Awesome service!!I highly recommend this place. Fyi pizza delicious and fresh and hot.Thank you!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Made an order online at 7:30 and chose to pay cash upon pickup, said it would take 20-30 minutes, from previous experiences I chose to leave my house at 8 as I usually stand around and wait for 10m-15m. Showed up at 8:15 to find that all the lights were off but employee vehicles were still there, I got down knocked and an employee came to the window only to shake his head and wave his hands that they were closed. This was the most upsetting experience I’ve had as I’ve used them multiple times before, and could at least have had the decency to come to the door and explain that they closed early or even had the decency to call a customer to inform them they are closing before driving 10m through a winter storm to pickup a pizza!

They never have anything in stock. Tonight they are out of all crust except for thin & crispy, they don't have any chicken, they don't have any pasta. What's the point of being open!

Zac the manager is absolutely incredible, he served us as he did take out orders and did and interview in a concise manner- meanwhile treating us with the utmost respect ! Highly recommend

I ordered my pizza with extra cheese to be spread out on the crust, and even paid extra for it. When I received my order I had extra cheese on one pie but not the crust and the 2nd pie was just a regular pie. I have made this order before and even with the very limited space you have on the website for details like this, they managed to get it right. Yesterday there seemed to be no care given when filling this order.
