Quincy’s is one of those rare places that keeps it simple—and absolutely nails it. The menu is limited to just one or two items daily, which means they put all their focus into doing them right. We had the filet mignon, and it was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. We even split one and still left full and happy.
For just $25, it came with a baked potato and salad—nearly the same price as two Big Mac meals at McDonald’s, but a world apart in quality. Drinks were incredibly affordable, too.
Service was flawless—friendly, attentive, and efficient. We can’t wait to come back on a different night to try their other daily specials. Quincy’s proves that sometimes less really is more.

I really wanted to love this place and took my wife there for our anniversary hoping for a nicer meal. I kept the review high because I really think they are trying, but honestly, the steak was just mediocre. The atmosphere is nice and the wait staff was very friendly. I just think if you offer a very limited menu (which we were prepared for) you should really excel at what you offer. Prices were reasonable for the amount of food you get. I think if I was drunk and hungry or had just gotten done running a marathon it would be the best food ever and maybe that's who they are catering to. If so, then I am wrong and not their target customer. I really think if they turned it up a notch it would be a really special place though. Small towns are tough to run a business in, so if you are looking for a steak get in there and check it out, we may have just caught them on a bad day, it happens.

Their set menu was cute. On the Friday we went, it was prime rib with a potato, salad, and bread. They had 2 other options as well. It wasn’t the best prime rib we had ever had, but the meal was satisfying.

This place is an absolute favorite of mine, and I make it a point to visit every month. The one item menu concept is brilliant it ensures every steak is prepared with care and attention to detail. The food is always delicious, the steaks are tender and flavorful, and the margaritas are the perfect complement to the meal. The service is exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff who always make you feel welcome. And once in a blue moon, if the steak isn’t cooked to perfection, they replace it with a perfect one within a minute. If you’re looking for a cozy spot with amazing food and great vibes, Quincy’s is the place to go!

Love the simple menu! Almost like In-N-Out but waaay better! Only thing to decide on a Saturday is how big of a slice of prime rib you want. Or if you happen to be. Vegetarian, you can opt for the vegetable lasagna. You get a salad with ranch dressing or ranch dressing. I truly love the simplicity! And of course the prime rib hit the spot on a cold winter evening. I can’t wait to come back!
