Had a couple of solid beers (Hale and Blonde), good random chat w/ some semi-local gents, and an excellent beer tender manning the taps. Will be back.

Good beer and nice folks! Not sure what the 1 star reviews are about, I think I missed an inside joke.

It’s the dog thing, man. The only brewery in Colorado that doesn’t allow dogs on the patio?

Messed up by going on Wed when it was closed (darn Google). Mea culpa. But popped in on a Thursday. Nice chill place with friend beertender. While the selection is a little small (just a warning for those who like lots of choices), they are tasty. Check them out.

Always a must stop when we are in Leadville, quaint little brewery with solid beers and friendly staff. Would highly recommend sitting down with a beer and reading through the reviews and replies on Google if you want some free entertainment as well!

Worst brewery ever. Extremely dog unfriendly and bad beer. There's a patio, but dogs are not allowed. Bartender came out to the patio all angry, like how dare we bring our dogs to the patio to check out the menu. He pointed us to some beat-up picnic tables next to the main road a large distance from the patio. We couldn't even leave the dogs on the patio to go in to order beer. Never seen a brewery so dog unfriendly. Beer sucked too to say the least. Bad atmosphere - there was nobody there on a weekend. Avoid it like a plague.

I hope everyone is ok. It's Thursday, 3-9, at 5:30 and they are closed.

If you’re looking for good beer and a welcoming environment, skip this place. The brewery itself is uninspired, and the beer tastes more like a homebrew experiment gone wrong than anything worth paying for. But what really ruins the experience is the owner. Instead of being the face of hospitality, they act rude, dismissive, and downright childish toward customers and even their own staff. It feels less like a community brewery and more like being stuck in a bad high school drama run by someone who never grew up.

Maybe hire someone to be the face and keep the ginger beard behind closed doors? Just a thought

Beer is meh. Came here a second time and left because they don't allow outside food but offer a crap menu...

Several of our group encountered a rude attitude. Ok whatever, people have rough days and dealing with the public isn’t fun.
The beer sucked though. 3 for 3.

Nothing redeeming about this place.

Service was friendly. The beer was cold and tasty- I recommend the red! The view is outstanding. Will definitely return the next time I’m in Leadville!
