Hands down the best meal I have had since being overseas last. Alex Taverna in Limon is such a hidden gem. I could eat here every single night. I cannot describe how delicious and fresh each single dish was. If you have not yet been, you need to go!

Sorry Alex, but we really weren’t impressed. Our food was warmed up, not fresh or even hot. The atmosphere was ok, super casual, nothing intimate or cozy and the service was very scrambled/rushed. We were quite surprised considering the fabulous reviews…

My daughter and I had lunch here Saturday as we headed toward Frisco. The food was excellent and plentiful. The husband and wife who own the Taverna are extremely accommodating. It is difficult for the restaurant to survive as Limon is not very large, but they keep going. If you are passing through Limon, do yourself a favor and have lunch here.

What a fantastic restaurant! I love Georgian food, and having some excellent, authentic Georgian food on our road trip was such a treat. I can't recommend this place enough as one of the best meals I've had in a very long time!

If you are going down on i-70 to from Denver. You must visit this place. Food here is delicious, cooked with love, and it's a fact. The owner of the place is an absolutely lovely lady who will go the extra mile to make you welcome. I am looking forward to my next visit to Alex Tavern.

What a treat! I almost want to take a trip across the great American Desert again, just to eat at Alex Traverna! My wife found this after years of enduring roadside fast food, traveling home to Kansas. The salads alone are worth the trip, but the schnitzel was cooked perfectly and the deserts are fantastic, So fresh. The owners are excellent chefs and hosts The atmosphere is makes you think your in Europe. Thank you my new Georgian Friends!

A 5-star rating on Google is rare, so I knew we needed to make a stop here to see what the hype was about. It did not disappoint. Our biggest regret was not coming more hungry. The meal portions are large, and everything we tried was delicious. My husband was worried he wouldn't like any of it and walked away raving about how good all of it was.
We stopped by while on the road trip. While I can vouch for this being truly Georgian as selections are different from what I’m used to - all of the food was incredibly fresh and delicious. The owner family is incredibly friendly
