My husband and I stopped there on November 30th while traveling at approximately 2:00 PM. Only 1 table of customers were eating there when we arrived . We waited at least 30 minutes for our food, before we finally asked for our money back. When we asked for our money back, the manager became angry and said our order was almost ready. I said we’d already waited 30 minutes and there was no one else in the store. When the manager gave us our money back she said, “Have a nice day,” in a rude manner. I said, “You should say ‘I’m sorry’ “ Again she repeated, “Have a nice day,” sarcastically. While we waited for 30 plus minutes, 4 different groups of customers came and left without getting their food. Also, there were 2 employees just standing in the back visiting and not working. We will NEVER stop there again, even though we frequently pass through Limon while traveling.

To be fair, we didn't eat here. The drive through was backed up, so we went inside, which also had a line - thankfully. While waiting we found out they were out of large cups, curly fries and fries. Not much since in waiting to see what else they did not have.......

Went through the drive-thru, no receipt given, cold fries and food. Clerk at the window acted like I kicked his dog whenever I asked for some sauce packets. Just overall bad experience.

Overpriced. Dirty store. Staff looked and acted like they did not care. Women with nose ring and pink hair just did't cut it. I'd go to McDonalds across the street.

Shout out to the wonderful ladies working last night who helped me when I was locked out of my RV during the snowstorm…with my pets inside. 😬. I’m so sorry I didn’t get all your names, but I thank you for allowing me to stay warm inside your business and helping me get someone to unlock my RV. You’re the best!

I love Arby’s and I hate to give less than 5 stars but when staff aren’t the most friendly I have to say something. The register attendant didn’t smile and didn’t ask me anything she just sat there and looked at me like she didn’t want to be there.
So I didn’t leave a tip lol

I gave 5 stars for food and atmosphere. The place was clean and it’s in a great location - with the Tesla superchargers right in the back. Love it!!

One of the better Arby’s we have been to.
They were busy today but it seemed everyone was taken care of promptly.
The food was what I expected and great quality. The counter person was very pleasant and friendly. We will definitely stop again. The dining room was clean and very modern decorated.

Waited in drive thru 30 min. No apology for long wajt. Poorly manages customers with taking online orders.

Customer service was poor. The person that looked like a manager seemed so busy with drive thru that he did not acknowledge the people on the store even though he passed us several times. When we did order our food was hastily put on the tray. My medium fry had the same amount as my small fry. I ordered the 3 for $5 and a meal. We were traveling at it was about an hour stop which was excessive for what we ordered.

Parking: Watch the curb when parking. There is rebar sticking out on the corner.
