It took 20 minutes to receive a kids meal and adult entree.One of the few food prep persons who was observable was coughing so profusely after we ordered that several families of customers left without ordering themselves.When we finally received our food it was hot and in accordance with what we ordered.

Pop machine was broke. Which is completely fine. They supplemented with lemonade, which they charged us for because it was “special”. $3 each, which included no refills. When they came to tell us that the pop machine should be fixed in a little while we told them that the roast beef tasted funny, then they informed us it was the old stuff that they were allowed to sell. The manager with pink hair and lip rings wasn’t rude, she just didn’t have any common sense. Guessing the manager above her isn’t overly business bright. The tall guy with the red beard should replace her, he had some common sense and made stuff right. Or at least as close as his manager would allow him to. Clean restaurant and I understand pop machines break but come on people. Have some common sense and make it right with a customer, even if it means less profit. Poor management here.

Came here late one night after a long day on the road. The drive through was being staffed by one gentleman solo who gave exceptional service and was very professional. Food was good, especially given the late hour. If you are coming into Limon late this Arby's definitely a good bet.

I was in this jerkwater town on New Years Day. Unfortunately Oscar's Lounge and Jenny's Mexican were closed so the only options were the crappy very overpriced IHOP, very similar Country Pride, or fast food options of McDonalds, Taco Bell, or Arby's. Decided on Arby's since they have a fish sandwich. But the jerk behind the counter (I believe his name was Steve) didn't bother to turn that fryer on so no fish sandwich! Well then turn it on you stupid jerk wad! What was the difference between the fish and chicken? They had no problem dropping chicken in the fryer. For now on I'll just stick with Oscar's. Never had a problem there before.

The girl at the window was EXTREMELY rude. Practically threw my food at me and then slammed the window shut. Had to sit for 3 solid minutes trying to get someone's attention bc She didn't give me my drink.The roast beef was dry/burned? And the crinkle fries were hard. Like they were old or sat under a heat lamp too long. Very disappointed.

So I'm a past employee at this location and was I don't recommend that any one work for this company and eat at the at the place.. if you do I'm going to worn everyone if you get sick that because the crew that is handling the food are not washing there hands and making food while touching there mouths or coughing into there gloves. And when you go to the mangers they will retaliate against you for speaking up about things that are wrong you get suspended and then terminated.

Sadly we didn't have a good experience today unlike other times. Upon arrival there wasn't any roast beef until noon so I ordered the cheesy bacon burger that smelled like fish. My husband's curly fries weren't even fully cooked.
