After all my years of travel and stopping for a quick bite, I've experienced some customer service issues but the sarcam from the young blonde in the drive-thru working 12/21/25 at approximately 1:30pm takes the cake.
After waiting in line for some time for someone in front of us to get her refund (in the drive-thru) I reminded my wife patience was due, its the holidays.

McDonald's offers a convenient and reliable dining experience. The drive-thru is fast, and the kiosk ordering system is easy to use, although only one of the four self serve kiosks is operational. The food is fresh and hot, with options like the Quarter Pounder with Cheese, a "dependable, predictable burger of yumminess." The Sausage Egg McMuffins and McGriddles have also received praise for being hot and fresh. The Big Mac is also well-made. The restaurant is modern and clean, with friendly staff, although some employees may seem unenthusiastic. The restrooms are clean. Despite some issues with customer service and orders, the atmosphere remains welcoming, and the air conditioning is a relief on hot days.
