Aevry was the young lady taking our order, and she was AMAZING!! She made me feel good about being there. Very professional but at the same time, super approachable. She knew her job, for sure! The food was okay. We did a to-go order, but the wait was pleasant.

Back in 2016, I left my passport in my future-in-laws car on their way back to Tennessee after my future-sister-in-laws AFA graduation. The whole debacle culminated in them leaving my passport with the very nice manager at this McDonald’s - the passport was important because my girlfriend and I were heading out on a trip the next morning where I would propose to her. A quick trip to Limon from Colorado spring later, I had a passport, and we made the trip. We’ve been married 8 years now. This McDonald’s saved my marriage. This McDonald’s will forever be a part of the family lore.

Very dissapointing location. 20 minute long wait for a simple order, the counters were dirty, the lid dispenser was broken, all for terrible tasting fries and weird chicken nuggets, and 15 workers in the back.

Now that I've had time to process more, I wanted to come back and humbly edit this review, and share this was the worst McDonalds experience I have ever McDealt with. There were 4 other orders in front of us, so we're pretty understanding at first with the longer-than-usual-for-mcdonalds wait time, but each of the orders in front of us had to go back and have something either corrected, provided, or remade. It was truly a McDissapointment.

I’m not one to write negative reviews, however I’ve been sitting in the drive through since 5:30pm. It’s currently 6:07, and there are people who have been here longer than me! This is insane.

After all my years of travel and stopping for a quick bite, I've experienced some customer service issues but the sarcam from the young blonde in the drive-thru working 12/21/25 at approximately 1:30pm takes the cake. After waiting in line for some time for someone in front of us to get her refund (in the drive-thru) I reminded my wife patience was due, its the holidays. Then we get to the window and the order was incorrect, meals were ordered with everything asked for and repeated correctly and paid for correctly, mind you but yet it was incorrect. I suppose that was the first annoyance to the little blonde as she made a smart remark about telling her what's wrong so she can fix it (its not what she said, it's the how that is important and unnecessary) my wife hadn't said anything at this point but was clearly trying to keep her composure as this little girl was just pushing buttons. She said yes, and told her that combos were ordered and reminded her about the BBQ sauce. She comes back and hands the bag over, then said is it right what's wrong as my wife is looking in the bag. My wife responds with, yes the BBQ sauce, and yes she was annoyed, especially when she just reminded her before she went to fix the first issue. Then she comes back, not just with the normal 2 BBQ sauce that comes with the meal but with 12 BBQ sauce cupped into her hands looking like she accomplished something important. In reality all she did was show how childish and young she is. The "MOD" and yes the air quotes are necessary because she didn't seem interested in what I had to say, no less that her staff was being unnecessarily unprofessional. I wasn't rude, I didn't yell or cuss but I called to make her aware and yet I got off the phone realizing she is the start of the problem in the first place. Store #7165 Limon, Co -Do better -Teach/coach better -At least pretend you care about what you do if you're getting paid to do it.

30 minute wait for food at McDonald's is a little excessive. Hire more staff to run the line as one person making every order at this time of day is insane.

Slow as hell so minus one star but my goodness can they build a Big Mac, I’ve never seen a more beautiful Big Mac in my life, tough crowd but the captain held their own and manned a well oiled ship

Everyone is entitled to a bad day or event. It took 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee, on a better note the coffee wasn’t too bad.
