Got in around 7am, they would not wait on us or even tell us we needed to use the kiosk. Both a manager and employee saw us waiting and neither addressed us except at the very end as we grabbed our bag. It was the manager and she told us to have a great day. Wait wha?!! You couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge us as we stood in front of you, waiting to order, but we can have a nice day?

I'm going to stop stopping at this McDonald's. The stupid kiosk is a joke. You can't get in you can't get good service. Ever since you introduced the kiosk this is gone downhill.

Stoped for quick lunch heading from Eagle Co to Kansas City. I Can’t comment on quality of food bc I never received it. I ordered and waited 20 minutes and our order was never ready. Asked very rude worker how much longer since it had been 20 min. She stated that they were just waiting on my cookies. So for 15 min my family’s hot burgers, chicken and fries sat behind the counter while she yelled for cookies. When I asked her if that was our food sitting there getting cold she replied I don’t know what to tell you. Needless to say I had to wait another 10min for them to figure out how to refund me. Save your money, time, and sanity. Pick anywhere else to eat.

Ordered 2 hamburgers no mustard and almost received 2 cheeseburgers mustard only to then say those hamburgers were suppose to be no mustard at the window. Once we got our food I received 2 cheeseburgers instead of hamburgers. We ordered 3 drinks. We were handed 2 with our food and has to ask for the 3rd. When it was handed to us it was missing 1/4 and it dripped all over leaving marks on my clothes.
