The new general manager is horrific! I waited in line that had one customer in it and from start to finish I was there for 20 minutes waiting. She burned the only guy in front of me order so she had to make another one. Yet she could have gotten my order prepped in the time it took to toast the gentleman in front of me order. She didn’t have anything prepped so I did not get my order completed, and when I asked for a different meat she rudely told me she was going to charge double meat. Yea, double meat, and this was 11:30 AM. If you’re willing to go to this place God bless you. There are many places to get a quick meal around Limon in under 20 minutes. Go anywhere else. My meal was the worst thing I have ever eaten. Mind you that I’ve eaten rattlesnake, and the only thing worse was the general manager’s attitude. She is a rattlesnake and I hope they can find someone else to run that position.

Save your time and find somewhere else to eat. I waited for at least 10 minutes in the lobby to be told their taking a 25 minute break. No sign, no explanation, just come back in 25 to 30 minutes and we'll maybe be back open. There was 3 people waiting before me so who knows how long they were hiding in the back. Honestly, with how long it takes to get a sandwich they're this is really all I need to just not go again. The bread is usually stale and the stuff they make your food with is luke warm anyways, McDonald's across the street is a better choice or there's an Arby's and taco bell just down the street. Find yourself something else for lunch, I know I had to.

Lady was very rude. Said she couldn’t wait on customers because she had to make bread for tonight. Would not consider wait on two customers and then make the bread. The 3 minutes it took to make a sandwich was going to throw off their entire program. Horrible service. Very rude. Hateful. Said 20 minutes minimum to wait for her.

The fountain machine wasn’t working, and the employee seemed inexperienced and had no supervision. My food ended up being messed up as well.

Slooooowwwwww. There was 3 customers ahead of me, 2 employees working, and it still took over 20 minutes to get my food and pay. I never complain about how long it takes to get food when places are dealing with a lunch rush, but this place wasn't even busy. 4 customers including myself, and you can't get somebody through the line in under 20 minutes with 2 people working? I've been to Subways that had 3x the customers and still managed to get people through in less than 10 minutes.
Kamden was great, started my sandwich and was fast and friendly! Julie, terribly slow! It took 20 minutes to get a 6inch sandwich topped and checked out!

Sairah made my day! My order was as simple as just a side of shredded lettuce and cheese and as simple as that sounds, it’s one of the kindest experiences as a customer I have had my whole time visiting Colorado 😊

The line was obnoxiously long and the girl working left the guy to fend for himself. Need to better train their employees because that is highly unprofessional and unempathetic towards her fellow employee.

Very slow service, Dirty, out of bread, out of pepper jack cheese, sandwich station was empty and very messy, 2 ladies in the 40s age range working, too busy talking about the others day , saying ooh i can handle him , instead of doing proper customer service, my sandwich was cold still even after it was in the warmer , fountain machine pissing water out , no ice dirty, water every where and not a wet floor sign in sight, but hey i guess this is the customer service/respect us commercial trust drivers get , will not eat here again, or change my mind
