Bad service here, you need to take a break that’s fine, but to have customers waiting for you to show up and then come out and declare you’re on break and hang up the sign saying you’re on lunch? Your sign should have been hung up before your break started and people don’t have to wait around to be turned away… truck drivers rely on these places to eat and frankly it’s unacceptable in my eyes…

I want to say Subway should be greatful to have Hunter. We had to stop and stay at a motel because of a winter storm warning with 12 inches of snow. Hunter was the only employee there with a line of people out the door. All were stranded. He served everyone by his self with a smile on his face!! I tipped him $20 for his excellent service!! Subway needs to give Hunter a raise!!!!

Keep driving and remember Arby's has turkey sandwiches. My husband and i stopped to grab sandwiches. He went inside to order and 1 person was making sandwiches. When it was my husband's turn to order, the guy took a call on his personal phone. After a few minutes, he told my husband, "just another minute" but then walked out back. Obviously, he never came back because my husband and the other customer waiting left empty handed. To cover all the bases, since the employee took a personal call in the front of the house in front of waiting customers, they could hear the conversation and it was not an emergency. This place needs training or it's going to keep tanking since we can see a pattern in the reviews.

Should be a 0 star review. Place is terrible one person working then magically another shows up that was hanging out in back. Line literally out the door and could not help 1 customer in under 10 minutes. When the other person came to the front the other one walked way. That person couldn't help one customer in under 15 minutes. Only go here if have time waste. Ended up walking out after standing in line for 30 minutes

Always out of stuff and DRY bread. It could post a picture it would be crumbs everywhere completely falling apart. Might as well used a cracker.

It took more than 20 minutes for the staff to make 5 sandwiches, which is definitely too long when none of them were even toasted!
When I finally got my order taken, I asked for a ham and egg toasted well done. Instead what I got was crusty bread and cold eggs. IDK if you know what food poisoning is like, but if you’re in the area for food I suggest McDonald’s. I’d also like to know how subway would like to make this up to me- I tried to submit something on their website but apparently that’s only possible if you save the receipt to provide the store number…as if??

Terrible experience! I drive out here once a week with my family and don’t normally eat subway. Today I thought I’d try something new. For 15 minutes the employees decided that it would be fun to YELL at the top of their lungs “love you, bye”. SUPER ANNOYING. As a manager myself, the manager repeatedly yelling was even worse. Extremely unprofessional. You were obviously raised in a barn with no manners. The manager standing in the middle of the subway isle, singing at the top of her lungs was also annoying. Nobody wants to hear you sing lady. Obviously this manager just wants attention. Also, they were out of turkey, my favorite sandwich and veggies look old. Not to mention the flies everywhere. Gross.
