Drive thru, all good. Just wanted to comment on the Steak Nuggets. They actually are pretty good but if you ask me if I want steak and serve me this, I'd be a little angry. This is not steak. Tastes more like smoked brisket. Call them brisket nuggets or something else. Absolutely not steak nuggets. I'll still be back for your other things, like the Greek Gyro. Thats one thing you typically do well that isn't really in the wheelhouse.

Food was decent, hadn't been to arbys in a while. Shift manager Michael in lone tree took our order inside. Made no eye contact with myself nor the other female I was with. Did not greet when walked in and i felt very rushed while ordering. Once our food was ready called out name and left on counter. Two male customers walk in they are greeted and had food brought right to their table. I have never been one to leave a review but I felt a bit disrespected, may have been my skin color but I am not sure.

I was impressed with this place. Went for lunch this week. Customer service was really good. Busy lunch rush but current staff was nice and not burnt out. Place was clean. Food was good and they have potato cakes back. I go to this location only a few times a year but I'm looking forward to lunch here tomorrow.

Thank goodness this Arby's is close to my home. For several years now, every time I walk it, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. They listen to my order carefully, make sure they have it correctly, and courteously provide what we need. We ring that bell every time we leave because they deserve it. Great job. Wish every Arby's location could be this good.
