You know this place is going down hill super fast. I had an issue with my order. They cooked the chicken and it had plastic pieces in the batter. I brought it up to the staff who didn't care and gave me a hard time. The owner is super rude. Wil not be going back at all.

My family and i frequent here but this last order will be my final order. The quality has gone down especially the customer service. We had an issue brought it to your staffs attention but now they are no longer offering to make it right because we posted a picture of the problem. Sometimes things go wrong but it really shows the company and management/owners character on how they respond to these things as they come up. I will say this is probably the worst customer service i have experienced in a while. I love how you have a cut and paste response to bad reviews. Please take a moment and see what your customers are saying instead of punishing them for telling others the truth about an experience they had. I was going to update my review to a positive one after coming in tonight but i am glad i called first. Good luck and god bless.

I tried bb.q for the first time in Little Rock Arkansas last week and it was everything and more I could have wanted. Based on that experience I decided to try the location in Lone Tree Colorado today having lived near it since they opened. This seems to have been a mistake. This location did not live up to expectations. Prices were higher, pickled radish was not provided, they wanted to charge $3 for a small container of sauce (approximately 2-3 tablespoons), and the chicken quality was lacking (stringy and overcooked). I truly hope this is a fluke of a bad day, but I will not be returning to this location. I will however go back to the Little Rock location as it seems their staff was truly passionate about providing outstanding service.

We ordered the whole chicken, half original and half secret sauce. Both tasted very off but husband and I figured it might just be normal. We decided halfway through it was best not to finish our meal and throw the chicken away. It tasted dirty in a way and had a rancid after flavor. We now both have food poisoning and I'm having some of the worst stomach pain I've ever had. We are hugely disappointed so far. Service was great though and the atmosphere of the restaurant seems fun so I really wish we had a better experience with the food.
