Just left there for the second time today and this time was so much worse than this morning when I went. Two young ladies working look and were being so unprofessional, one eating a cookie and giving away drink and the other working in socks at a supposedly “fresh food and beverage establishment. I asked for a receipt and I had to wait almost 15 min to get a receipt that says I paid cash and I used my card. I will never go back if I see these young ladies working there. I should’ve too photos but their camera sees it if management even cares which from the looks of it, they don’t.

Taste horrible!! Don’t buy.

We recently had an açaí bowl at Berry Blendz in Denver, Colorado and we had asked before ordering whether there açaí was pure, they said they didn't know, and I can tell you that it is not, it wasn't bad, but it is not pure açaí, it is mixed with apple juice i think.the staff was friendly and efficient, there are a few tables to enjoy your purchase right next to the restaurant, it is also located in the food court of the mall so there are many other tables available as well.free parking lot at the mall

It's probably your best bet for a smoothie at the mall. The service wasn't as bad as people seem to think. My one big complaint is that they use the same kinda styrofoam cups as Chick-fil-A. I know this can be said for a lot of places, and I know that EVERY fast food place produces tons of waste, but idk I think this was my final straw (no pun intended). Nothing the staff can do, but if the owners switched to paper I'd probably get a smoothie every time I'm in the area, just sayin. :)

I’ve been going here all summer getting Açaí bowls. It’s usually been hit or miss but most of. The time good. Tonight I ordered the Warrior bowl like always. When I got the bowl it was only half full. I asked the girl why it was half full and she claimed that is the size. I told her I’ve ordered them all summer and they’ve never been half full before. I ask to speak to manager and a lady said I’m the owner /manager. I explain to her how this is the smallest bowl I had ever gotten there half out it was missing. She proceed to tell me that it should only be 12 ounces and that’s the size. do I want her to make me another one? I said no I don’t want another one. She really acted like I was trying to get something for nothing! I just wanted what I paid for and have been paying for all summer! I will never go back The warrior bowl is almost 10.00 a bowl and with tip it’s 12.00. This is what I got!

Smoothies are good but there is no reason anyone should be waiting 40 minutes to get their order like I did

This place is absolutely horrific. If you want a “healthy” smoothie pumped with stevia, sugar, and Walmart brand whey protein then this is the spot to go. I regret stopping by this establishment. I highly recommend Nekter over this place 100x over. They don’t use sweeteners, sugars, or terrible ingredient “supplements” I literally tossed this in the trash. Disgusting.

rude staff that gave mean and condescending looks

RUDE RUDE, oh my god, so RUDE. I was obviously a bother to the redhead in pajamas and glasses. Hair sticking up and out all over. I felt like I got the teenager version of "I just woke up, leave me alone." I thanked HER and she said "yep" with her back turned. I, too, wish I read the reviews about their customer service because I would've gone to another place. Plenty of other options in the mall, AVOID THIS ONE. And to think, I tipped in hopes for some niceness. I was wrong.

Smoothie is delicious but I paid an extra .75 for a simple granola add on and they never put it in my smoothie. kinda wack considering i’m paying $8 for a stupid smoothie.

Rude redhead teenager. Both teens on duty dressed in sweats. No hats. Claimed the juicer is down. And put no toppings on my smoothie bowl.
