This is the 3rd time in a row ordering a açaí energy to go with peanut butter and still no peanut butter when I pick it up. Yesterday my PB&J bowl had no peanut butter and was full of little ice chunks. There was only one person working and was busy but still I’m not thrilled with paying for ice chunks and missing ingredients. The blueberry’s were frozen as well that I added.

Doesn’t keep soy protein or pea protein in stock then claims it to be sold out. Take care of all potential customers in the future.

smoothie was good but the second most beautiful woman ive ever seen was working here and took my order and we talked for a min. she was blonde and gorgeous and all that and then i never saw her again😔 if you still work here hit me up twin🙏🙏

Feb 22. I arrived 10 minutes before closing and waited in line. Instead of informing us earlier, the employee waited until it was our turn to say they were closed. A complete waste of time—poor and inconsistent customer service.

Tragic
I come here like once a month & each time (3rd time) there's nobody waiting to serve & then a line starts forming & from the looks of previous reviews this is common! Me & a couple waited ten minutes before getting help! #tragic I ordered blueberries on top and got something else instead!

Took 30 minutes. Long line with zero awareness of the many people waiting in line. Zero efficiency. Zero hustle. Zero everything. Girl was on her phone, coughed in her hand, wiped her nose with her hand and shirt and didn’t wash her hands. Kind of a joke in terms of service. Definitely won’t go back. 😂

I often enjoy getting smoothies from here although this time I noticed as the two employees were making my drink, they were coughing, and neither one was wearing mask. Neither one was wearing gloves, and neither of them were washing their hands. Both of the girls weren’t very friendly although I am considering not going here again. When someone works with food, they need to be required to wear a mask and gloves if they’re sick.

Just left there for the second time today and this time was so much worse than this morning when I went. Two young ladies working look and were being so unprofessional, one eating a cookie and giving away drink and the other working in socks at a supposedly “fresh food and beverage establishment. I asked for a receipt and I had to wait almost 15 min to get a receipt that says I paid cash and I used my card. I will never go back if I see these young ladies working there. I should’ve too photos but their camera sees it if management even cares which from the looks of it, they don’t.

We recently had an açaí bowl at Berry Blendz in Denver, Colorado and we had asked before ordering whether there açaí was pure, they said they didn't know, and I can tell you that it is not, it wasn't bad, but it is not pure açaí, it is mixed with apple juice i think.the staff was friendly and efficient, there are a few tables to enjoy your purchase right next to the restaurant, it is also located in the food court of the mall so there are many other tables available as well.free parking lot at the mall
