I love the food at Charley's Cheesesteaks. They have a great menu with lots to choose from. The staff was friendly and professional. I did not have to wait to long for my food after I ordered. I like that this restaurant is in the mall food court. Plenty of seating area.

I stopped by the counter today to order a buffalo cheesesteaks and ultimate fries. The girl at the register put on a persona that a person who looks like me is hard to understand. She claimed she did not understand my fries choice and asked if I meant regular fries. Once again I clarified I wanted the ultimate. Again she claimed she did not understand. So that there was no misunderstanding, I stated I wanted the fries that had everything. She punched in the register one buffalo cheesesteaks and a large regular fries. Her attitude proved this was deliberate and may clear the stereotype she was unjustifiably applying. I walked out.

Pretty amazing first time ever being here, I guess there is 1 in the springs but it's on the base, so if you up at the park meadows mall, try it out.

It was on-point and delicious. Me and my sons split a twelve inch chicken Philly cheese sub. It was hot and good to go. We had it cut into four sections. Cheese, chicken, lettuce, and mayonnaise was our choice. I love it like that. The staff was professional, decent, and nice.The food court was nicely packed but there were seats and tables available. We got our order to go.

Please, for the sake of your delicious food, hire some staff that speak English so not every single order is messed up. I saw six orders in a row get messed up and people were not happy yesterday, including mine. Train them, or find some individuals with some work ethic.So, so disappointing.

I feel like $30 for 2 meals is pricey, especially considering that it’s fast food takeout. Maybe it’s just because of the online ordering up charge. The food is good but the fry portion is surprisingly small and it would be much better if everything was hot too. I got about 4 fries into it and found a staple in my cup.
