Niko Niko Boba

So excited to have a Niko Niko close by! Went today got a signature milk tea 50% sweet and coconut frosty, so good! Amazing customer service!

Went last night and the Tiger Sugar Brûlée was fire! Friendly and polite staff!

We went last night and my kids loved the coconut frosty with brown sugar boba!! The service was GREAT and the drink was even better! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I ordered the boba ube drink, and it was very disappointing this time. It tasted watery, almost like ice water. This wasn’t the first time I’ve had it—before, it was actually really good, so I know the drink can be made well. On top of that, the crème brûlée on the drink wasn’t even torched to a brown finish like it should be.

We only had a sip before realizing we didn’t like it. When we told the staff, the girl at the counter first said they couldn’t remake or refund it. We asked for a manager, and eventually the team lead stepped in and gave us a refund, but she kept repeating that even if they remade it, it would still taste the same.

Honestly, that kind of response doesn’t feel right. The owner should really check in on the workers from time to time to make sure quality and service are consistent.

Very disappointed with the Meadows Mall location. The staff were rude and the drink I ordered tasted like plain water.

I usually enjoy getting my drinks here, but this time I had a very disappointing experience with my usual order. The drink tasted like plain water and had no flavor at all. When I politely asked for a remake or a refund, the staff rudely refused. Another employee even told me, “If I make it again, it will taste the same,” and only offered to add sugar — which was not the issue. Very unprofessional customer service.

Only thing I’m gonna say is bad customer service… ginger hair girl and brunette hair guy with earrings. They didn’t even greet us where we came to the front, had a grumpy face on, if you don’t wanna be here and work, THEN GO HOME!! one drink took more than 5 minutes, just goofing off back there. Someone who came before us got their drinks first…From someone who works in service industries and boba too disappointed…

Their boba tastes more like flavored water…

Pretty decent boba. The fruit tea was good, I just wish it had a little stronger tea taste. The staff was friendly and price are pretty average.

Boba is great. They are pretty quick even on the busiest days.

This milk tea shop tastes pretty good, I like it very much, but why I don't recommend it, because my friends and I drank milk tea, and our stomachs felt uncomfortable that day. For the next three days, everyone had the same diarrhea. I doubt whether the employees wore gloves before working. It was a terrible experience.

The owner need to keep an eye on the workers. Theres no way a boba drink could be this bad. Its sooooo waterdown!! Ordered matcha and u cant taste it at all whatsoever. Pretty much taste just like ice water. Surely theres a mistake in the preparing.

The only reason i gave 1 more star because the boba pearl itself is actually good! Its soft and has the sweet taste to it.

Hate to leave such a review, but sometimes this is the only way they could actually hear, listen, and fix the issues.

The latte cream brulee is to die for. Service was great. Definetly my new fav spot for boba tea
