Im not typically a boba person but when we go to Park Meadows Mall we have to stop here for the chocolate strawberry espresso boba!! Oh man it is SO GOOD!!! I love the strawberry jelly, the strong espresso, and the boba is a nice touch. I love it so much. Thanks for creating it!!

bad quality boba, the employees are so dry and rude for no reason like its so easy to hire nice conversative ppl, they literally give my kids a waffle with cheap chocolate syrup and the guy keep claiming its nutella like 😭😭 at least just recognize it and apologize idk he was so rude and not open to help in any way lol

Girl with pink hair was so nice and gave 5/5 service and would definitely go back just because of her. She asked me how my day was and gave good conversation. And the drink was amazing

Ordered the ube latte creme brulee with boba. Slow service but tasted amazing. Paid for boba add on but my drink was missing boba and realized on the drive back home.

We often come here cause its close to our house. Drinks are always good

Its a very pleasant stop while exploring the stores in the mall, the prices feel fair and the drinks are plenty good. Id say they are plenty worth a try!

So excited to have a Niko Niko close by! Went today got a signature milk tea 50% sweet and coconut frosty, so good! Amazing customer service!

I ordered the boba ube drink, and it was very disappointing this time. It tasted watery, almost like ice water. This wasn’t the first time I’ve had it—before, it was actually really good, so I know the drink can be made well. On top of that, the crème brûlée on the drink wasn’t even torched to a brown finish like it should be.

We only had a sip before realizing we didn’t like it. When we told the staff, the girl at the counter first said they couldn’t remake or refund it. We asked for a manager, and eventually the team lead stepped in and gave us a refund, but she kept repeating that even if they remade it, it would still taste the same.

Honestly, that kind of response doesn’t feel right. The owner should really check in on the workers from time to time to make sure quality and service are consistent.

Very disappointed with the Meadows Mall location. The staff were rude and the drink I ordered tasted like plain water.
