New Chick Fil A location. If you have the app and want any to do the drive through order from the app and then scan a code in a special drive thru lane. I did and it bypassed the line entirely. For my food fast and I was quickly through the line.

Privacy Valued

Was passing through to visit family from out of state, did some holiday shopping and stopped here to grab a bite to eat, customer service was very rude as this ruined our familys experience, the manager Valeria was not helpful and was very rude to us and was loudly arguing with kitchen staff, I do not recommend this location period.

Don’t bother upgrading your fries! You’ll just be giving them more money for nothing. This is what I got from them when I upgraded. Not worth it at all.

Prices are standard for chick fil a but quality and service were terrible. Firstly those may have been the worst fries I’ve ever had. I actually got the vibes they were like soft saltines but in fry form. Secondly, the service was terrible. It’s fast enough but those employees did not care about their job. They weren’t rude but more just didn’t care I guess.

In person, Chick-fil-A is great. Delivery is a disaster. Every time, something is missing — sauces, sides, half-filled drinks — and there’s no real way to get it fixed. You pay full price and get half an order. Honestly, it’s one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. They seriously need to get it together.

UPDATE: I’ve been two more since this review and both orders were 100% wrong.

I work in the mall and frequent this Chick-fil-A for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
All of the crew there are always so pleasant to interact with and always do such an amazing job.
They are consistently efficient and quick, and always on top of their game with welcoming smiles and kind words., and their food is always fresh and tasty
There have been times where some of the team (honorable mentions {sorry for not knowing names!}:
The taller, I assume, manager who always wears a smile
The guy who frequently happens to take my order, who I'm almost positive name is Liam

Highly recommend for anyone :)

I was at park meadows mall enjoying my day until I when to chick fill A . They didn't get my sandwich right I brought to the manager attention I got a new sandwich but not without attitude from the female employee in gray shirt. I spoke to a different gentleman who addressed my complaint appropriately.
I detest writing bad reviews but I definitely believed that feedback is necessary to correct inappropriate attitudes in the work place.
