I was at park meadows mall enjoying my day until I when to chick fill A . They didn't get my sandwich right I brought to the manager attention I got a new sandwich but not without attitude from the female employee in gray shirt. I spoke to a different gentleman who addressed my complaint appropriately. I detest writing bad reviews but I definitely believed that feedback is necessary to correct inappropriate attitudes in the work place.

I ordered a veggie rap and they give me with chicken so i went back asked them to change it. They asked me very unprofessionally to wait till they make one without chicken. I waited there for almost 10-15 minutes and I had to explain to almost 4 different people what i was waiting there for. Eventually I give up because I saw how disrespectfully they were looking at me and I know if i get that veggie rap they probably will not be faithful so I give up and asked for refund. This is not the first time this happened. I really hope chick fill a team see my review and do something about this location.

Now usually I love this place but they are messing up bad. I got a bacon club with Colby Jack and honey bbq sauce. I got no bacon no cheese and no honey bbq. Then I ordered a medium Mac n cheese and it was a small. Tf goin on!? I'm just so shocked they messing up. I always had chic fil a on a high pedestal but I see I gotta not trust em and check my order like their McDonald's!
