Been coming to Chilis for 30 years and will no longer be coming in since you have taken your queso off the menu. Don’t understand why you would remove a staple that has been so popular. I sent a text out to my kids and each of them said there was no longer a reason to come in. I can’t imagine we are the only ones that are disappointed.

Chili’s off Lincoln and I-25 has quickly become one of my favorite go-to spots for a casual meal that never disappoints. From the moment you walk in, the staff make you feel welcome — they’re upbeat, attentive, and genuinely seem to care that you have a good experience.
The food always comes out hot and fresh. The fajitas arrive sizzling and loaded with flavor, and the burgers are consistently juicy and well-seasoned. I’ve also got to give credit to the kitchen for keeping portions generous and timing spot-on, even when the place is packed.
The bar area is great too — friendly bartenders who actually remember you after a few visits, solid drink specials, and TVs set up perfectly for catching a Broncos game. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and the management clearly keeps the team running smoothly.
Overall, this Chili’s stands out compared to others in the area. Whether you’re grabbing lunch, meeting friends for happy hour, or bringing the family for dinner, you can count on good food, good vibes, and great service every time.
