Unfortunately, the chicken bowl I ordered wasn’t very good. The portions were smaller than usual, they were out of multiple ingredients, and the chicken wasn’t very well seasoned nor was it warm. The employee was very nice but was franticly trying to prepare my bowl. It didn’t look like they were short staffed and there was only myself and one other person in line.

The kids working the counter seemed like they were confused. It took a minute for someone to ask me what I wanted. The individual that decided to help mumbled a bit, so it was hard to understand him. The other guy was talking to some friends while I was ready to check out. Fortunately, after a minute he stopped the conversation. The food was not bad.

First of all, when I got to the register, getting ready to pay for my food, the cashier recognized something was on his foot. He then took his hand, and scraped whatever it was off the bottom of his shoe. I couldn’t even eat the food that I had just paid for. I only drank the small fountain sprite that I had got. When I finished my soda, I opened the lid to get some ice. There was a bug on the inside of the cup. I will NEVER go back to this chipotle. I am completely and utterly disgusted at this point.

They were out of barbacoa and steak, forks, and other toppings. Waited forever for barbacoa while they left the other bowl and my rice and beans sitting there to get cold. Once the barbacoa was done they barely gave me any meat. So now I ended up paying $48 for some cold af bowls with barely any meat on them. They didn't even offer a discount for waiting forever. I know they were busy but management epically failed making sure the store was stocked and prepped for a busy Saturday.

Here’s the deal. I was in on 5-21 at 530pm. You had a girl with short brown hair and glasses working the register. You had a young man and another gal with what seem to be reddish hair making the food. I have never been treated so poorly and so rudely by three staff members. Especially the girl at the register. She should be fired. Never what I recommended but this girl should not be working for you guys. I ordered two orders of 3 tacos not 1 taco, at $9.60 each order. One taco is priced differently. Now, bear in mind this happened to me before when I picked up my order the person had made only two tacos. They read it as two tacos for some reason instead of two orders. At any rate when I tried telling her that was wrong, she tried showing me the print out of what you guys look at to make. I then try to show her my order online and she said I don’t need to see that. She said I need to get your chips turned around got the chips and threw them at me on the counter. I said you also need to get me more tacos because there’s only two in the bag. She starts arguing with me. I asked her what’s with the attitude, she then shuts down and doesn’t say another word the whole time I’m there. I get mistakes happen, but you’re not gonna treat the customer the way I was treated when it’s clearly A mistake on the companies end. I wanted to speak to Matthew the general manager of this location. Normally I’d let stuff go, but this girl was so out of line, I’m not going to. On top of that, I got hardly any chicken in my tacos. Maybe that was their way of getting back At me for their mistake, which is really weird. Don’t tell me to go to the website and file a complaint under experience I want to follow up

I got charged for "queso" sauce yesterday when I didn't order it. I pointed out the error to the three employees, and I'm guessing one employee was new and labeled my bowl as having queso when I got shredded cheese. No big deal, things happen! What was comically absurd was that I was asked if I wanted queso since I got charged. I said no. I was then asked if I wanted chips, and I said no. I said I just don't want to be charged for queso since I didn't get it. The employees literally smiled and shrugged. I asked them if I was stuck having paid for something I didn't order. I didn't get an answer, and I didn't want to take up more time over a few bucks, but seriously, you should probably train your employees on how to give refunds, because that was just silly not appropriate for Chipotle to keep my money.
