Honestly one of the worst Chipotles I have ever been to. The service was so incredibly slow with what looked like 8 employees working. Only 2 serving customers and they were slower than anything.

I don’t know what is going on at that store. First off, there are like seven employees there and even with all those people they could not even make one burrito correctly. Worst service I’ve experienced. The girl and guy making my order looked like they had never wrapped a burrito before in their life. Terrible service and charged ridiculous amount for a mess of a dish.

Very racist staff. Went to ask a question and the manager said he didn't speak Spanish and none of the staff speaks English? Aaw them walking on the back counter, and not wash it after walking on it. They need to be more clean and speak with customers. I later went back and was told the manager did speak English but does not unless he has to.

Asked for extra chicken, the guy added it like it was coming out of his paycheck. 5 dollars for 3 pieces of chicken.

I have loved chipotle my whole life. In the past few years I’ve had nothing but awful experiences. Across the nation Chipotle workers seem disgruntled and upset, the good quality is poor, and the restaurants are messy. This chipotle is like a pleasant blast from the past. The food is good, tastes like chipotle is supposed to and is consistent high quality every time. The employees are so kind and don’t skimp you on portions. This is the best chipotle I’ve been to in 7 years. It is incredible.

Shanghai 360 refused to offer refills, so I went to this location and asked to pay for a refill and they were kind enough to give me a discounted refill, but I suggest buying a drink from chipotle as they offer free refills to their patrons.

Was traveling from Texas. I used my card at chipotle inside the food court on a Tuesday. By Thursday night someone had racked up charges at a Walmart 3 hours north of me. When I called my bank it all narrowed down to me using my card at this chipotle and an employee stealing my information. When I called to inform the manager what had happened he was uninterested. Don’t wish this upon anybody. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. Food was great. However stealing bank information is not.

The staff were in a rush despite the lack of customers and kept talking over me when I was making my order. They were in such a rush they put on the wrong toppings. If you want the wrong order fast then this is the place for you.

Hate to leave a 1 star review but this place gave me terrible food poisoning on June 5. Had a few bites that tasted sour and not right and 5 hours later I was incredibly sick. I might still go to chipotle’s but never this one in the mall again

Literally have 5 workers standing around doing nothing and waiting forever for someone to come help and I really wasted my time waiting for 7 minutes. Go to Charley’s next door, quicker service for sure

Unfortunately, the chicken bowl I ordered wasn’t very good. The portions were smaller than usual, they were out of multiple ingredients, and the chicken wasn’t very well seasoned nor was it warm. The employee was very nice but was franticly trying to prepare my bowl. It didn’t look like they were short staffed and there was only myself and one other person in line.
