I have loved chipotle my whole life. In the past few years I’ve had nothing but awful experiences. Across the nation Chipotle workers seem disgruntled and upset, the good quality is poor, and the restaurants are messy. This chipotle is like a pleasant blast from the past. The food is good, tastes like chipotle is supposed to and is consistent high quality every time. The employees are so kind and don’t skimp you on portions. This is the best chipotle I’ve been to in 7 years....

Shanghai 360 refused to offer refills, so I went to this location and asked to pay for a refill and they were kind enough to give me a discounted refill, but I suggest buying a drink from chipotle as they offer free refills to their patrons.

Thank you so much!! From travelers out of state who drove to this mall after 2 hours in the car from where we’re staying while here. You made our day!

The kids working the counter seemed like they were confused. It took a minute for someone to ask me what I wanted. The individual that decided to help mumbled a bit, so it was hard to understand him. The other guy was talking to some friends while I was ready to check out. Fortunately, after a minute he stopped the conversation. The food was not bad.
