Got the worst food poisoning we have ever had! The food was also unbearably salty so we could not even eat certain sides! The salt was poured in by massive amounts!!

I ordered online 10 minutes before arriving. Then I told an employee there, waited 12 minutes, and told another employee to get my order. Is this a restaurant or what?

Wow, what a frustrating day with chipotle. My poor door dasher, who was a senior and had a broken arm had to go back multiple times to recheck everything was in the order (because things kept showing up missing) and they promised him it was before he left again. Well, half the order was missing so I had to spend another $100 re-ordering the chicken build-your-own bowl. I couldn't get ahold of anyone at the store for a refund or reorder. l've ordered here so many times and something is forgotten every time.
I'm extremely frustrated with how much extra work this has created and the inability to get $100 back for a build your own bowl. That's stealing, btw.

Sarah and Vito were amazing, friendly, and efficient! Please give these two a raise. They are awesome. Yareli was another employee who has gone above and beyond. She deserves a promotion.

Just tried the new Red Chimicurri and it is absolutely fantastic! Hubby had the carne asada and I had the chicken bowl. Both were delicious! I tried the new carne asada and will def be getting that next time! That new red chimichurri sauce is incredible! Hubby and I are very hopeful it will be around permanently!!
Every time I go to this location it is a good experience! The staff is always friendly and they give very good portions! I’m in and out in no time and never disappointed!! Keep up the good work!

There is one girl texting on her phone while serving a customer. The customer is waiting for her bowl to be finish and she is constantly texting. You can tell her other co workers are annoyed with her. Texting with her gloves on and serving customers. Management needs to do something to help their staff cause watching her service is horrible.

Plus, the chips were stale 😴

Stay away from this location. I was charged over $36 for 2 steak tacos, 1 small side of guac and a large drink. I made the mistake of not getting a receipt and the place the so loud and noisy I did not realize how much I paid until I left. Clearly I was overcharged!!! Obviously somewhat my fault for not catching it before I left but a customer shouldn't have to worry about being overcharged.

This location is consistently really terrible, but unfortunately the closest one to my home. There is ALWAYS something wrong with my order and/or food quality. Today my partner had to wait like 15 minutes to pick up my guac and chips because I thought: hey! Guac and chips should be easy for these guys! Nope, entire bag of chips was burned and the guac wasn’t mashed properly so there’s just chunks of avocado swimming around.

Lady with the giant nose ring was very stingy with how much food she plates. $20 for half a bowl is ridiculous. Won’t be back when she’s working the line.
