This is the place responsible for my chronic disease for life long.. and ruined by beautiful life… after food poisoning in 2016.. don’t even think to eat here.. or any other chipotle.. please..

Lady with the giant nose ring was very stingy with how much food she plates. $20 for half a bowl is ridiculous. Won’t be back when she’s working the line.

This place is great if your stuggling to lift heavy objects. The burritos are small enough to not cause you to question your poor choices. Great for diets.

I had a surprisingly mediocre experience at Chipotle today. Ordering my food was great. The line cooks did a great job making sure that I was getting what I wanted, but when I arrived at the cashier it almost seemed like I was an inconvenience to her. She didn't greet me didn't ask if there was anything else I needed and when I was all rang up she almost forgot to say thanks for coming in and when she said it it was with an annoyed attitude. She definitely seemed more interested in keeping the conversation with her coworkers than the customer that was in front of her. But that's just my opinion from the position of working in the food industry for a decade.

I placed an order online w/Chipotle.com for a veggie burrito loaded with veggies. I got a steak burrito with a strangers name on the label. The bag containing my other items was correct but the burrito was for the wrong person. To make things even more complicated, there's no way to contact the store and talk with an actual human being. Instead, just an endless loop of an automated nightmare. Thankfully, Chipotle corporate (via online chat) refunded my money and got me my free entree coupon back but moving forward, I will not be using this particular store. I've had numerous negative experiences with this store.

This experience was incredibly horrible. We walked in at 9:15 pm, 45 minutes before closing. As soon as we began to order, they moved the meat cart back and started spraying bleach out of a bottle incredibly close to our food and operating their closing duties, while a minimum of 5 customers were in line. The employees heard our concerns and did not care. When the customer behind me asked why they were cleaning with bleach while we were ordering food, as it seems like an incredibly obvious health violation, the woman cleaning responded with an intense attitude and snapped back at the man. She stormed off and said “if you want to come clean up back here you do it” and said other disrespectful words under her breath. The employees were all rude and seemed not to care about this situation at all and just about getting out of there 40 minutes before close. It is incredibly unprofessional to have your staff cleaning and disrupting the food service activities so the employees can get off earlier, and we can get food that is potentially now infected with their cleaning solution.

Not so great experience. The staff was rude and just didn’t have it together. The girl who scooped my pico didn’t drain it so it made my whole bowl soggy. Very soupy! Didn’t ask if it was to stay or go so we had to ask for a bag and forgot queso for our chips. I would avoid this location!!

Been here multiple times. Hit or miss on portion sizes, but this time was especially bad.Chipotle is expensive and all over social media they talk about how they are going to increase portion sizes at all their stores. And $3 for guac but bang off majority of the spoon before serving it? Doesn’t make sense. I feel bad for the one person working but don’t take it out on the customer. Throwing things around doesn’t make it better. Definitely don’t think I’m gonna go back to this location. Pretty ridiculous.

There have been issues with food before. There is also the most useless, unhelpful robot that answers any call you try to make to this place. It will not let you talk to a human being. Need to fix something with a delivery order? Not possible. If you tell DoorDash they will just try to call, find out they can't talk to a human being, then tell you what you already know. It is beyond annoying. Why even have a phone number to your location if it is completely useless?
