I had a surprisingly mediocre experience at Chipotle today. Ordering my food was great. The line cooks did a great job making sure that I was getting what I wanted, but when I arrived at the cashier it almost seemed like I was an inconvenience to her. She didn't greet me didn't ask if there was anything else I needed and when I was all rang up she almost forgot to say thanks for coming in and when she said it it was with an annoyed attitude. I went in for lunch yesterday with my friend. I got a carnita bowl with an iced tea and a large bag of chips. The chips were very undercooked and not crispy enough, and I was charged for a large drink and got a small. I was more disappointed with Chipotle this time. I understand they were busy and it was in the middle of the lunch rush, but they need to get these details right.

Such nice employees and the food was all fresh!! Best experience compared to other chipotles not far from this location that don’t exceed expectations at all. Cheers to this loco!
