The customer service at this place is absolutely unacceptable. The employees are unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and clearly have no respect for customers. I called earlier today with a simple question about birthday promotions, and the woman on the phone abruptly hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. That kind of attitude is disgraceful and shows how little they value the people keeping their business alive. If this is how they treat customers, they don’t deserve anyone’s time or money.

I’ve come here 3 times. The first time the rolls were ALL raw in the middle. The second time they “ran out”. The third time, just now, they’re out again. The employees here make no attempt to even pretend they have any cognitive activity going on. The guy wouldn’t even look us in the eye when he said they ran out for an hour. Look bro, I know you hate your life and job but at least basic eye contact is the bare minimum. I don’t understand how a kiosk that sells as much as they do, isn’t continually baking them off and just waits until the last one sells to start producing more.

I absolutely love Cinnabon and I go every time I get the chance. I had a very different experience at this location because of the service. The employee (Vidia) I think was her name, was on her phone texting and was not attentive at all. To me that is super unprofessional especially in a customer service focused business. She was not very polite either. Aside from the service, the mini cinnabon I ordered was amazing per usual!

Mix up by the website on the location for pickup of my order and Vatsal (manager) at Cinnabon Park Meadows Mall offered to deliver the order to my home (at no charge). He arrived at my home when he said he would with the complete order. The mall was packed when I first went to pickup the order earlier in the day. If possible I would rate this business a 10 and Vatsal as outstanding for going above and beyond. Merry Christmas!!

Worst Cinnabon in the world. Words can’t express how the employees have no customer service skills. The rolls always look dry as the desert. If you want a sweet treat the mall just get a cookie and save yourself.
The lady working was really sweet and attentive of my order even though she was working alone. My minibon was delicious and the lady warmed it up for me. Definitely came back for another!
