Shame nobody is there right now. I kind of think that peppermint bark blizzard looks good.
The person who’s handling my ice cream on this day was mind and rude do not recommend.
Completely terrible. First off didn’t make my order when I got there because the one blizzard that is at the Castle Rock store isn’t at this store.
So he waited until I got all the way there and then asked me what flavor I wanted. I said I want mint Oreo and I already paid for a chocolate chip cookie dough extra which is $.99. I asked him for an extra scoop and I told him I’d pay for it. He’s then makes my blizzard and probably five seconds Stuffed it with Oreos didn’t give me chocolate chip cookie dough and it literally wasn’t even to the top when’s the last time and you got a blizzard at Dairy Queen ever that it was not almost overflowing out of the cup?. no gloves wasn’t upfront cleaning doing anything he just came running from the back could barely see his face. His hair is all over his eyes.
There’s obviously not good management here. It just sucks. It’s what I tell my employees. If you get a rush and you’re by yourself, take your time and get the order right but don’t get it wrong. People will wait 1520 minutes even 30 minutes for whatever they’re buying that’s why they’re buying it but if you make them wait 30 minutes and then give them the wrong product or item especially something that can’t really be remadecompletely ruins a return customer like seriously not going to the Dairy Queen ever again
The last few times I have gone to this Dairy Queen they skimp out on the bits in the Blizzards. I get the Royal New York Cheesecake and I paid $8 for essentially soft serve ice cream with only a few pieces of cheesecake at the top with the strawberry center that does not even go down halfway.
5/5 experience.
Ordered a simple shake and received the wrong one. Also, it looked so messy in the back.

I had the Strawberry Blizzard, it was delicious.
I work in the mall, and frequent this Dairy Queen frequently for their incredibly gracious deal on large drinks for mall employees.
While I don't usually get the food (not for any purpose other than preference), I am around it enough to notice a few things.
I'll preface by saying I don't inherently blame the team for everything, as I know management can seriously affect how the workplace is and affects its staff.
In what I've noticed, they seem understaffed, and slightly overworked but are trying their best.
They usually only have one cashier at the register, which usually results in long lines and wait times, with me having waited over 5 minutes at the register one time while the one guy working it had to help with orders simultaneously. (Again, I don't blame the employees themselves for this)
I have seen it in its busiest, and all of the team are frantically running around trying to please as many people as they can while having their odds stacked against them, which can cause mistakes due to tiring and stress on the staff.
I believe this location has a lot of potential, but it definitely needs help and work.
I do recommend, because it seems like a decent spot to eat and enjoy a burger, just expect it to be a little rough, service wise.

They got our order wrong, the cone was very messy chocolate dripping all over the cone. Ice cream didn’t taste normal, cone tasted stale. 🤷🏼♀️☹️

The last three times I have bought here they give me everything wrong and I ask them to do it right and they get upset, all the workers at this branch are lazy people with terrible customer service.
