I had the Strawberry Blizzard, it was delicious.
I work in the mall, and frequent this Dairy Queen frequently for their incredibly gracious deal on large drinks for mall employees.
While I don't usually get the food (not for any purpose other than preference), I am around it enough to notice a few things.
I'll preface by saying I don't inherently blame the team for everything, as I know management can seriously affect how the workplace is and affects its staff.
In what I've noticed, they seem understaffed, and slightly overworked but are trying their best.
They usually only have one cashier at the register, which usually results in long lines and wait times, with me having waited over 5 minutes at the register one time while the one guy working it had to help with orders simultaneously. (Again, I don't blame the employees themselves for this)
I have seen it in its busiest, and all of the team are frantically running around trying to please as many people as they can while having their odds stacked against them, which can cause mistakes due to tiring and stress on the staff.
I believe this location has a lot of potential, but it definitely needs help and work.
I do recommend, because it seems like a decent spot to eat and enjoy a burger, just expect it to be a little rough, service wise.
They got our order wrong, the cone was very messy chocolate dripping all over the cone. Ice cream didn’t taste normal, cone tasted stale. 🤷🏼♀️☹️

The last three times I have bought here they give me everything wrong and I ask them to do it right and they get upset, all the workers at this branch are lazy people with terrible customer service.
Decided I would come back one more time after my previous bad experience. Once again I am HIGHLY disappointed in my service at this location. Like last time I came in asking for the PEANUT butter milkshake (which I get each time I am here) and once again, I was given the nutty buddy shake instead. Which is definitely what I did NOT order. The big man in the photos below is who took and messed up my order. (Please disregard girl in photos she did not make the nutty buddy shake ?) As the shake was instead the nutty buddy, the chunks made me choke as it did last time. I am highly disappointed in Dairy Queen and hope that they will fix this issue and train their employees better in the future. Since this is the second time I have had this happen here and it causing me to choke, I am looking into taking legal action against this location and their employees. Dairy Queen, please fire Maui. - “What can I say except fire him!”

I had the same problem I'm seeing another review by the name (Brian No) left. Re read his review because obviously nothing was done about it, or I wouldn't have run into the same exact problem. I have a pic of an employee (boy in pic) that straight up told me they close in 30 minutes, and we already cleaned up the orange julius side, but you can order from the DQ side. That's selfish. I ordered a large Pina Colada that he said he wouldn't make. The pic is of the boy employee who told me that. I went ahead and ordered a peanut buster parfait, except it barely had any Fudge and Peanuts in the entire parfait. I went up to the girl employee (pic included) and asked her if I could get a side of fudge because you didn't put fudge in the middle, and there's no peanuts in the middle as well, and there was barely any fudge in the top or bottom (pic included). She ignored me for a few minutes and literally just kept scrubbing the floors with soap and a hard brush after I asked her. She finishes scrubbing the floor after a bit, stops, looks at me, and says no, we can't do that at this time after I patiently waited for an answer. I said, "Look up at the pic of the parfait on your board." You missed my fudge in the middle. She said I can't help you. All I was asking for was a simple side of fudge, I forgot to even ask her for the middle peanuts that were left out (see pic). I then take a pic of her and said no problem if you want to behave this way, I'll simply send a bad reveiw. DISTRICT MANAGER- ALERT- WHEN THE CAT'S AWAY, THE MICE WILL PLAY. These teens are running your business into the ground with extremely poor customer service. They need to get a clue in life and trained properly because they are running this store THE WAY THEY WANT TO ! I have read through your reviews, and they are awful, and the concerns are just like mine regarding poor customer service. I also notice you give a response back to each person that are literally the same pre typed messages saying, and I quote from you. "We're sorry you did not have a great experience with our team, John (put my name here), we appreciate your feedback, and we are always listening to our customers. We hope you give us another chance, and visit us soon. "

Can you stop sending this to everyone and show some love in your business, please? If you send me that pre written apology I'm going to call you out on it, and if you send me that pre written apology, that tells me your lack of customer service obviously trickles from the top. Show me a REAL response that's heartfelt. Show me your company actually cares. Show me you're different than your workers, and you'll actually do something about all the poor customer service I'm reading in your reviews. Show me from the top you care enough to re train your employees to give excellent customer service.
Love all the homosexual aura at this DQ unlike all those homophobes at the other DQs in the area #gaypride?️??️??️?

i literally just wanted two peanut butter milkshakes and i got bamboozled and got two BLIZZARDS which i did not ask for. then i asked for them to change it. which they messed up once again. after i asked them countless times i got tired of waiting. the employee then jumped over the counter and punched me in the face!!! i was in disbelief. so i did what any other person would do… leave no tip. i got my two nut shakes and skedaddled away. overall i would NOT want anyone to experience what i did today. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THE NUT SHAKES AT DAIRY QUEEN!!!
