This was my first experience at firehouse subs, and it was Better than I expected. The worker helping me, Michael, was great. He was kind and informative and help me make some really great decisions. The food was great and fresh. I definitely will go again.

Levi was super nice and friendly

I stopped in on 6/19. When I got home my order was incorrect and I called and politely asked for my order to be refunded. I was met with resistance by an employee named Mike who told me they did not make a mistake and it was I that made the mistake. I will not rest until this situation is resolved appropriately. Also, the place was dirty as hell.

We came in today and it was about 8:20pm, we tried a different cafe prior to going into Firehouse and we got an attitude because it was close to closing time so we left. We weren't sure what kind of greeting we would get when we walked into Firehouse but as we walked in Caleb was cleaning and we asked him if it was too late to be served, he said no, come on in. Liam was working the counter and he was very kind and patient as my friend and I were a little indecisive. The store was clean, the food was good and the service was awesome. Thank you guys!

Always enjoy eating at firehouse subs until day I walked in 5 pm or so lady behind counter screaming at DoorDash on phone could hear her yelling as came on asked other gentleman at counter everything ok says I don’t know then ask is double Monday and said never heard of it did get double points on my receipt then ask to order meatball sub could not figure out how to get my free sandwich after twenty minutes after could not figure it out they called manger and twenty minutes later poor two people waiting behind me ask can I not pay for sandwich and come back tomorrow and have manger take off points said could not do that would be giving away free food cooperate would never let us do so manger calls back and get cold asked for white bread gave me white

They do not care if they put an allergen in your sandwich as long as you get the sandwich. Truly, I’d go anywhere else. They’ll give someone an allergic reaction and then make the apologize. Plus, eating burned food is cool too.
