I walk in with 3 of my friends (4 of us total), we were not greeted, the girl in the back immediately runs and whispers something to the lady working the register and they begin laughing. The laughing made us very uncomfortable and we felt racially profiled. After I got my drink, as we were leaving another family came in and was greeted immediately. The two ladies working need to treat customers better.

This was a terrible and very strange experience. Walking in there was no greet and the one two girls immediately goes up to the other one and starts to whisper and racially profile. I should’ve walked out then. Those girls need to be fired sheesh especially reading the other reviews on them.

Great location. The workers left their backpacks, keys, and homework on the counter which looks unprofessional.

Really good Peach oolong tea

Very good! Great menu.
I got an oolong milk tea, my friend got a hot coffee.
The choice of sweetness, ice level, and toppings give you the choice to customize the teas, and the new coffee offerings are yummy.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. I dont know what was wrong with the employee when I went in but the experience I had was outrageous. There was no one in the lobby when I walked in. The two girls were talking to each other and did not acknowledge me. So I asked them loudly “Hey how’s it going?” And was COMPLETELY ignored. I then stood there waiting for them to take my order. When they finished talking, she looked up and stared at me before asking me very rudely “what do you want” It took them 10 minutes to make my 3 drinks. Keep in mind there was no one in the lobby. I asked for a bag before i left and the girl placed a bag on the counter with no words. The bag didnt even fit my 3 drinks. This location really needs to hold their employees up to standard. Very disappointed. I love gongcha but might as well go to kung fu tea instead with this terrible service.

The drinks are horrible.. the worst boba tea I’ve ever had. Literally taste like sugar water with no tea flavor. The waffle is also burned on the outside.

Sincerely evaluate, about the drink is very delicious and typical, the staff is good, enthusiastic and happy with customers, about the space of the restaurant with beautiful view, modern and clean.
