Okay, full disclosure: I'm a barbecue snob. The best barbecue on the planet is in Memphis, TN. And I'm eminently qualified to make that statement. If there were more comfortable seating options and it was a true table service restaurant this would be 5 stars. Those Cajun citrus wings, fall off the bone. They have a rich smoky, sweet yet spicy flavor that dances around your pallet. The pulled prom sandwich is a monster. I notice that earlier in the day it is less dry but still amazing.
