First Time Visit. Great Experience, The Buffet Selection Was Delightful With Plenty Of Salads and Other Asian Foods To Chose From. Sushi Was Good as Well. I hope they Will Expand The Sushi Selections. Very Clean Restaurant and The Waiter We Had (Kenny) Was Very Attentive, Polite and Professional.

Worth it if you're a seafood fan. Dinner has more seafood items. Saturdays and Sundays the additional item is oyster. Sashimi is not part of the buffet on absolutely any day. Hope this changes. Overall, recommended.

Went on a Thursday for lunch. Not a lot of people there, very chill. Buffet was clean and the food was delicious. Staff was a little hard to get ahold of at times (which usually isn't important at buffets, but sushi needed to be ordered at the table). I wish that the staff would've offered us more than one sushi sheet so that we wouldn't need to get a hold of staff just to order more sushi. Never the less, will be going back again :)

Went a couple weeks ago and I wasn't impressed. Various food items had obvious been sitting out for to long and the hospitality was bad. The only thing I won't complain about is the cleanliness, which is why it got two stars instead of one. Won't be going back.

Very good service selection and cleanliness. Also...a extremely good value that includes made to order sushi.Deserts are a bit lacking...but...you should be full from all the lunch and dinner options....esp the freshly made dim sung and all the various seafood entrees.

My wife and visited Ichiban Buffet for the first time today and were truly amazed. Our expectations were for a “normal” buffet-level atmosphere and quality.Ichiban delivered something many times better.The selection was incredible (the quick snapshots attached don’t do it justice), the food was fresh and delicious, and the service was impeccable (with a special shout out to Joseph, our server).Proof it is as good as I say? Well, it officially became the “special day” spot for us, starting with our anniversary in a couple weeks.Great work Ichiban!P.S. What about price? If you go with the all-you-can-eat buffet, it varies from about $18 per person for lunch during the week to the $33 we paid (which includes premium items). All I can say is that it is well worth it regardless, but if you want to watch your wallet, visit during the cheaper times. :-)

Where the food was fresh and the staff was nice, it shouldn't be $75 for two people eating at the buffet. Especially having no alcoholic beverages. Apprehensive about coming back.

Last visit was 2 years ago. Food is no longer at the same level. We went for dinner and there was no lobster, prime rib wasn't cooked well. Worst was that they no longer have a sushi bar, instead, you order of a limited menu that is similar to other all you can eat buffets. Was sad to see them no longer do their sushi bar, which used to have some special varieties. But, the service was awesome and their people are really nice.

Buffet was okay, but I expected more for the amount my husband and I paid (dinner). There were only a few dim sum dishes available, which was disappointing. They were definitely short-staffed. No one was available to assist with the prime rib.
