Lady working today around 1PM was extremely rude and needs an attitude adjustment, as soon as I walked in she wasn’t happy and got mad when I pointed out my order was slightly wrong.

Ordered the last two times I was at this location and this older lady with grayish hair is rude with an attitude and messed up my order both times. She clearly doesn’t understand what plain is for my miles famous Philly sub I ordered. Will not be going back to this location anymore there are plenty of food options in that area.

Very rude! Blonde, older lady and brunette, teenage male working, and very very rude and disrespectful. Kept telling me my order was the next one up for Uber eats, but they did and five other orders before even starting mine. And then I just called in because I got another order some I asked him how long is it gonna be until they’re done with my order, and I was told I really don’t know. And I can’t give you information or a time because I’m the only one here and I do not have time to talk, because I have multiple orders to do, first off you’re not the only one there, I just was in there and you had another person in there you guys were just working very slowly and not doing your jobs, and like I get when there’s a big order, there’s a lot of orders, but they really didn’t have a whole lot. They just kept allowing the people who ordered Uber, which is supposed to be faster that way, but instead of it being faster, that way they kept having those people wait longer and the people who came into the store, they took care of right away. and it to lie to me that you were the only one there because you don’t wanna know how to do your job and actually give out information that customers calling to ask is really messed up, and on top of that to tell me that you don’t have time to talk to a customer it’s not OK

Terrible location, smelled like b.o. very dirty. Meat and bread left out on the counter. We walked in noone was at the counter we stood there for a while and two teenagers came out from the back but didn't even try to help us. We walked out.

I filed a report about this place because they hired me and fired me all within a week because I was Jewish. After I explained that I have to go to synagogues on Saturdays even though I did so at the interview. They decided to take me off the schedule so I quit. And the worst part is they only put me on the schedule for 3 hours. This terrible leadership will crumble at its foundation. Mark my words and when the better Business bureau looks into this place and all the messages that I have saved proving exactly what happened here they'll see that they fired me because I was Jewish because when I mentioned Saturdays need to be off which is the first amendment protected right they took me off the schedule completely unjustified.

Yikes! is really all I have to say I’ve been to a lot of jersey Mike’s. It’s my favorite sandwich shop that is a chain and I’ve never had such an uncomfortable experience. If this is a franchise, I would look into training your staff more properly. They were rude and talked under their breath I could not understand what the woman with the backwards hat was saying and she looked visibly annoyed that I was even there ordering anything. I understand no one loves working, but come on now. Customer service should be top priority. Usually, at every other Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to they have been very clean and organized with their produce and meats. This place was disgusting, food all over the floor and countertops, not changing gloves when handling money …needless to say, I will not be returning to this location
