Amber is absolutely outstanding. She is friendly, professional, and clearly cares about both customers and staff. Every visit feels welcoming, and you can tell the team runs smoothly because of her leadership!

I was having a terrible, no good, very bad day and Becky was absolutely wonderful to me. She has such a kind and genuine heart. As I sat down for lunch, another customer came in, and she lit up while talking with him about his grandbabies, excited to see photos and share in his joy. That moment showed me just how authentic and caring she truly is.
Becky, thank you for making me feel human, for allowing me the space to be upset, and for supporting me with kindness. I hope your pillow always stays cool at night and that you always catch the green lights. You deserve it!

Seems understaffed. Everyone looks busy but nothing is happening, line took 20 min and we were only behind one person.

Lady working today around 1PM was extremely rude and needs an attitude adjustment, as soon as I walked in she wasn’t happy and got mad when I pointed out my order was slightly wrong.

I love the subs at Jersey Mike's. My favorite is the Club Sub (#8) "Mike's Way", with the red pepper spread. Fantastic!

Ordered the last two times I was at this location and this older lady with grayish hair is rude with an attitude and messed up my order both times. She clearly doesn’t understand what plain is for my miles famous Philly sub I ordered. Will not be going back to this location anymore there are plenty of food options in that area.

Very rude! Blonde, older lady and brunette, teenage male working, and very very rude and disrespectful. Kept telling me my order was the next one up for Uber eats, but they did and five other orders before even starting mine. And then I just called in because I got another order some I asked him how long is it gonna be until they’re done with my order, and I was told I really don’t know. And I can’t give you information or a time because I’m the only one here and I do not have time to talk, because I have multiple orders to do, first off you’re not the only one there, I just was in there and you had another person in there you guys were just working very slowly and not doing your jobs, and like I get when there’s a big order, there’s a lot of orders, but they really didn’t have a whole lot. They just kept allowing the people who ordered Uber, which is supposed to be faster that way, but instead of it being faster, that way they kept having those people wait longer and the people who came into the store, they took care of right away. and it to lie to me that you were the only one there because you don’t wanna know how to do your job and actually give out information that customers calling to ask is really messed up, and on top of that to tell me that you don’t have time to talk to a customer it’s not OK
