I was having a terrible, no good, very bad day and Becky was absolutely wonderful to me. She has such a kind and genuine heart. As I sat down for lunch, another customer came in, and she lit up while talking with him about his grandbabies, excited to see photos and share in his joy. That moment showed me just how authentic and caring she truly is.

Becky, thank you for making me feel human, for allowing me the space to be upset, and for supporting me with kindness....

The male manager of this store is incredibly rude, volatile, abrasive, and gives off vibes that he hates/disrespects women. I have a custom sandwich that I order at every Jersey Mikes I've ever been to. I'm a loyal customer of over a decade. The sandwich I order typically gets billed as a #5. When I was asked what I wanted on the sandwich and replied, the manager said in a rude tone, "That's going to be one expensive sandwich!" To which I replied, "Really?...
