Just so the manager knows and management. Came in today and the employee was extremely rude to me and 3 other patrons. Like he didn’t want to be there. Throwing items in plane view. Not sure what was up! Happened on 9/4/25 at 6:30 pm

Went in with my wife at 7:20pm on 9/3/2025. Worker is insanely rude to both of us, saying they closed the dining room, but open for orders until 9pm(weird), but their oven was off. As we were finishing up our order, the worker answered the phone and went on carrying a conversation about who knows what, while we were still waiting to pay. I didnt think it was possible to have bad service at Jimmy John's, much less a bad attitude and manners building sandwiches lol. A kiosk would be a better experience than going here.

The worker that helped me was extremely rude, almost condescending. When I walked in he looked at me weird and proceed to mosey through the ordering process, whilst being rude. Food was terrible. Only got two pieces of turkey on my turkey Tom, so disappointing look at picture. I've had WAY better from this location and in other Jimmy John's alone. He needs better customer service.. it was astounding. 30.50 for a wrap and a sandwich, not worth it whatsoever. Would've rather went to Subway or Jersey Mikes.

With no other customers in the place, I stood waiting for almost 10 minutes before my order was taken. I got the Turkey Tom with everything on it, yet it only has lettuce, tomatoes and was not cut. My daughter had the Italian without ham, and of course it had ham on it. It was also not cut. I honestly could have done better at home. Very disappointed ☹️

We had our food delivered. Being that the sandwich’s were almost $20.00 the flavor was not good and the bread was watered down. Also, It was my birthday and I had a promo for a free brownie that I forgot to add to my order. I called and the manager, Caleb, and he had an opportunity to add that for me. He saw it on my account but said that he wouldn’t be able to add it on there. Granted it was my bad for not putting it on the order but it was a missed opportunity to please a customer. So sad!
