Placed a order 2 weeks ago to pick up 12/24 at 4pm I was already charged for my order and when I showed up they were closed and the staff that was inside still was rude and unhelpful. There were at least 10 of us there to get our orders and were turned away. This was my 1st and last time ordering from here.
when the HOT light is lit... shouldn't I expect to get warm donuts? I pulled off the highway and was in line to order in the drive through (I expect there was a line because the HOT sign was on). I drove off after receiving my order, but when I pulled one from the box it was cold and several hours old. ???
