The food is great. The customer service is atrocious though. The woman who gave us our order literally did not say a word to us. Not a s single word. The donuts are great though.

I’m extremely disappointed and hurt by the experience my children and I had at your [insert location] Krispy Kreme store — not just once, but twice.
While others were being given free donuts, my kids and I were completely ignored. My children even approached the owner directly, only to be turned away without explanation. This repeated behavior has left us feeling singled out and unwelcome — and frankly, it felt discriminatory.
No family should have to explain to their kids why they were treated differently from everyone else. If there was a specific reason we were excluded, no one shared it. But from our perspective, we were treated unfairly — and it’s hard not to wonder if race played a role.
Krispy Kreme has a responsibility to ensure every customer is treated with dignity and respect, especially when children are involved. I hope you take this seriously, look into what happened at this location, and take steps to ensure no other family has to go through this.

Very pleasant workers, and surprisingly quick to get you taken care of. I would highly suggest that you come earlier in the day, as most of the interesting or cool donuts sell out rather quick. I have only used the drive through so I can't speak to the in store environment.

Went and ordered two doesn't donuts. One was a dozen glazed several of the glazed on the assorted Donuts I asked to be hot. None of the donuts were hot even though the sign that said hot and fresh was on. The man at the register argued with me that they don't have to give hot and fresh donuts even if we ask for it even though the sign was on. These Donuts were disgusting and stale. Everything was a nightmare there even when I asked for a receipt the machine didn't work I asked for a bag he gave me grief about giving me a bag. Will never go there again absolutely disappointed in the service the quality of the donuts that were cold all of it
