Ordered 6 Dozen doughnuts to be picked up at 4:30pm, an hour later they are still not ready and the manager has left one stranded employee who is asking for continual assistance at the front avoiding all customer interaction. When asked what’s going on he has been walking around kitchen area on phone not communicating what’s going on beyond the order might have been picked up. Manager said let me look one more time in back otherwise we remake in “10 minutes” it’s been 1 hour since the order was supposed to be ready now I am supposed to trust you with 10 more minutes. I’ll be asking for a refund and won’t be returning.

The service was great ! The donuts are not so great! Dry and stale, to say the least. This is a second dozen in the last three weeks both were not fresh . Should have never been sold! Drove 28 round trip miles for stale dry donuts. Thanks, Krispy

Unpleasant experience. The person at the counter had a terrible attitude. Tables were all dirty and i had to clean my own. I drove an hour for donuts that tasted like day old. The women’s bathroom had no soap, no paper towels, air hand dryer didn’t work, toilet paper all over floors, clogged toilet and stall door hanging and totally off hinges-so awful. I kindly informed staff and no action was taken. No excuse for this, they weren’t busy. Big disappointment.

Ck your order before you drive off. I paid for a box of st Patrick’s day donuts. Website pics shows all 12 green/green themed. My box had 4 original glazed mixed in. Thankfully staff made it right when I went back.

We went through the drive-through. The first person was very nice. The person who took our order was very rude. She had me repeat our order multiple times, and when we got our donuts, the order was wrong.

Don't order delivery service. After paying a delivery fee and tipping on top of that, I was still contacted by the third party delivery driver asking for additional tips so they could buy a nice valentine's gift for their girlfriend. Not acceptable in any case. If the business can't afford to pay the delivery drivers enough money to deliver, it's not my problem to pay them more. Ridiculous!! Don't offer delivery services! I ordered through the Krispy Kreme website, not a third party. You figure it out!
