The best staff. I completely forgot their names and feel terrible now because I tried to remember, but all three of them were kind and helpful. My family of 3 got great drinks, a bag of looseleaf tea, a steeper, and a couple of pastries for about 30 bucks.
I could not believe how reasonably priced it was and the quality of the drinks were amazing. I really appreciate you, you made my day amazing
First time visiting this location, as I usually visit the one in Boulder. Sadly, it was a highly disappointing experience. A decorative ceramic trinket (that was not even an item sold at the store - as whispered by one of the employees to another) fell off a shelf and I was required to pay for it due to my proximity to said shelf.
Accidents happen, and I'm willing to own up to my own mistakes, but I don't believe a customer should be punished for an inexpensive accident, especially with all the fragile decorations placed everywhere on the shelves. And to pay for something that wasn't even sold there...
To add insult to injury, after I paid for the trinket and placed an order for a hot tea, all of the employees who heard my order originally FORGOT about it! I patiently waited 10 minutes thinking maybe other customers were ahead of me. But when I saw two employees go for a break and another just started cleaning I had to remind them that I placed an order 10 minutes ago, and then waited even longer to finally get it, scalding hot so it was undrinkable for 10 minutes more.
I really love Ku Cha, but this visit left a very sour taste that makes it difficult to recommend to anyone. Sorry, but it just doesn't look good to treat even a single customer like this.
What an amazing selection of tea! They have everything you want and also everything you've never heard of, the Superior Earl Grey is to die for. I will come here for my tea always!
I love this little local tea spot. They have a wide variety of tasty tea, option to custom blend your own, great gifts, awesome dish ware and treats galore. My experience with the staff has been quite nice as well. It's nice to see young adults enthusiastic about working there. Will return every time I come to the area!
Cutest mugs and canisters made in Japan. ^.^ Their iced matcha was delicious too. I’ll definitely be back!
If you’re coming here to buy boba, then reconsider. I’m sure they use high quality ingredients, but they do not know how to make boba drinks. The flavor of tea is incredibly watered down, and the boba is disappointingly hard. Got the mango green tea and after a few sips, it became mango essence water.
the staff here are knowledgeable, helpful, and absolutely lovely to chat with. they helped me pick out a delicious chai latte and i’ll absolutely be back soon to sample the other teas and menu items.
Stopped by Ku Cha House of Tea at Park Meadows and had a very good experience, the staff was friendly, got to know what types of tea I like to help make some recommendations, brewed up my first cup of the Black Dragon Pearl tea and it was really good

Luxury products, knowledge staff, beautiful displays and amazing products. Absolutely love their peach tea, apricot tea. And while I was sick I got a sinus serum (?) and it totally helped me sleep that night.

I was very impressed by the quality of the tea here. One of the owners was working when I was in, and she was very helpful and attentive. The Bi Tan Piao Xue is probably the best green jasmine tea I have ever had. Seriously, I am such a picky tea drinker. So this is the highest compliment. I would recommend this tea shop for those looking for high quality tea. Will you have to spend some money for the tea - absolutely, but it is well worth the investment!!

If you love great tea, made right, this is place to go. I am visiting from Tampa, Florida and wanted a great cup of tea. Marquay and Tristan helped me...they were both very knowledgeable and equally helpful. The cup of Chocolate Mint Black tea Tristan made for me was better than I expected it to be. Marquay was super helpful on the phone directing me to the shop and greeted me so warmly when I arrived. When one is searching for a one-stop tea shop that looks beautiful and has the perfect staff, search no further.
