MAD Greens - Lone Tree

I ordered an item on the app per usual, I've done this at many locations before. When I walked into the building, 3 employees looked at me and didn't say a word. I found my pickup order ready in a bag and left as nobody said anything.

I reached my location where I was waiting to eat and immediately found a hair in the salad. I pulled it out and decided to keep eating because I was starving. I continued to find 2 more hairs along the way and decided to stop... There was a ton of salad and hardly any ingredients.

This is one of the worst experiences I've had and for $16 it was a complete waste. I won't be back.

No frills, chain restaurant. Order at the counter, enjoy there or on the go. The place was clean, orderly and staff was kind and explained their Seasonal options to us.

Fantastic food along with great employees. Always clean and well kept as well when going in, no matter the time of day. Even during what looks like busy hours, it’s been clean.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now, and i love it. the staff are really personable and friendly, i’ve created great relationships with all of them after coming here religiously. the food is amazing- i am proud to say i’ve tried every bowl, every salad- and i love all of them! they all have great ingredients full of nutrients that i usually might lack on my day to day. it’s overall convenient. they have family bathrooms, great for moms and babies. theres indoor and outdoor seating with umbrellas. great drink options, and great food. its definitely like a family in there and i will never ever find myself in a different madgreens. lonetree rocks.

Food was great and prompt. The only issue was the take out order wasn't placed on the pickup shelf and was instead sitting on a counter. This added a couple minutes of unnecessary waiting for the food to be ready when it was sitting on the counter.

I love Mad Greens. I went in for lunch today and the team behind the counter were short and rude. I understand that it gets busy during lunch, however that is no excuse to be rude. My example is that I ordered a mac bowl and was completely ignored by the person preparing my bowl and when I asked for corn to be added she turned to the person at the register to make sure they added .80 cents. The person preparing was extremely rude. I was disappointed in my experience today.
I may not visit this particular location again.

Was craving the crazy Ivan salad so ventured out to mad greens on a Sunday afternoon. There were 2 tables outside occupied and I wanted to sit inside. It looked like a storm was coming. The lady with a bunch of tattoos was working the front by herself. I did not get her name. In the middle of making my salad she jumped over to handle a to go order and made me wait. Then she asked if I wanted a drink. I said yes I want that delicious lavender tea. She said oh we don't have that and haven't since I have been here. Ok. Then I went out to sit. I wanted to sit in the booth seating but there were chairs blocking the way. It was like 80% of the indoor seating being blocked. I asked her what was going on and she gave me a lecture about her labor problems and how if she had to send someone home on the weekend she wasn't going to clean that area. It was the middle of the day not the end. How about worrying more about your customers than your labor? I was not comfortable being forced to sit where I was and then an older couple came in and sat at the table next to me. That was the only indoor seating avaliable! What happens on a weekend when you have more than 2 customers that want to sit inside? Why not call yourselves salad to go?

My wife loves this place so I go along. I had the Ty Cobb salad. The chicken and bacon were about unidentifyable and the blue cheese dressing was very bland. I like red onions, but this had huge chunks that I couldn't eat and the lettuce was limp. My wife will be going back on her own from here on out.

Unbelievable. Salad, big bowl, not too much $, bacon, blue cheese, croutons, and leave feeling like you ate healthy. What’s not to like? It’s home run, out of the park. People that work there, nice as you can imagine! Oh yeah, that’s the place to go to, will be back soon 10 out of 10!!

I ordered delivery last night as a treat and ordered wraps for myself and husband. We customized our wraps with small changes like different dressing. When it arrived both wraps were SO wrong from what we ordered. My wrap was missing 5 ingredients so it was just lettuce, chicken and way too much dressing. I couldn't eat it, it was like eating a soggy tortilla. Super upsetting considering the price of each wrap is almost $15.I love Mad Greens so much but I will not be returning to this location. Disappointing and a waste of money when funds are already tight.
