This restaurant is terrible. Many times they have sent us the wrong order. The manager and staff hardly speak English.
They are not helpful and they don’t take responsibility for their mistakes.

Ordered through the app and drove up to the drive thru attendee who told me to go around back into the drive thru line just to give them the app code and would not take it there. I said I would go inside and he had no problem with that I thought. Parked and went inside and they intentionally ignored me, called me names, made fun of me, and laughed in my face. I had to ask for my food again and again while they continued to ignore me. They finally gave me my food after waiting 10 mins and even forgot to give me my drink. I had to ask for it. They also got my order wrong even though I ordered through the app. What difference does it make if I go inside to pick up my order?! I paid and ordered through the app. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. Look at my sandwich with 2 pcs of lettuce.

Things here are usually correct and they do a fine job. But I’ll never understand why they don’t blend the McFlurrys. It’s not a McFlurry at that point, it’s ice cream with toppings! I don’t know if it’s laziness or a broken machine but it’s super annoying.

I was sharing with my son at the restaurant. We ordered food and dessert at the McFlurry, and they didn't add any even though we asked for extra. The woman at the register was very rude and yelled at us and said she wouldn't add any more. Another young woman who was there helped us and added more and said she was very sorry. I really love eating at McDonald's, but this treatment is unacceptable.

I don't tend to come to mcdonalds often but I decided a frappe sounded good.
Ordered a medium frappe paid at the window- no receipt given, barely pulled up to the pick up window to be told to go park and wait. There were no cars waiting at this point.
I was baffled, I could see my frappe on the machine... but I did as I was requested.
7 minutes go by and 5 cars get their orders and I finally get my ONE drink...
I asked the lady who gave me my drink if I could have my receipt, she must not have spoke much English, told me I could not do a review, started taking an order on her headset and walked away?
No receipt. I'm baffled by the whole experience
