Walk in and can't get anyone up front to take order but can hear them laughing in the back. The machines to order didn't work. Finally found one that did and employee comes walking coughing up a storm sounding like he was dieing. Walked right into the back with uniform. No thanks. I walked out.

I rarely leave reviews but this place is absolutely atrocious. My boyfriend ordered 3 sausage egg mcgriddles, and after waiting for 10 minutes, they gave us all the wrong food, then we waited another 10 minutes and handed us the food but it was all wrapped the same and they told us it was the right food, just rewrapped using the other foods packaging since they had to throw it out. That was a LIE. It was not at all the right food and what they gave us wasn't even something available on the menu. It was a disgrace. Some weird burger with an egg and the most onions I've ever seen on anything! I understand it's McDonald's, and mistakes happen but this was definitely intentional because no one messes up THAT bad. The staff here is downright embarrassing to say the least.

I've always use the drive thru at this location and never had an issue. I started using the McDonald's app for orders. I've used the app 4 times at this location. The first time my order was completed in good time. The last three times were a nightmare!All three were never done correctly or took a long time. This last one this morning was appalling. I ordered my breakfast at 9:41am and it wasn't ready until 10:11am!? Is shouldn't take 31 minutes for a breakfast order!!! The order was never made, so I had to wait for it!? This one is closer to my home. I called customer service, not really helpful, never offered a solution? A gift card I believe, which is insulting! I ended up giving it away instead of throwing it in the garbage. I don't normally eat fast food breakfast unless it's a last resort for convenience and fast. For over $8 bucks I can go to Quick Trips and get the something cheaper, tastier, and excellentservice! Their app makes it very convenient. Maybe McDonald's should focus on their employees and not the esthetics of the restaurant. I feel bad because this location is always understaffed. I've lived here 24 years and this location was amazing! Now after the pandemic it went down the toilet! Many customers this morning unfortunately said it's happened to them as well. The owners need to take this seriously. The Taco Bell, KFC, and Pizza Hut franchises closed next to McDonald's for various reasons. This is the last fast food restaurant there and they should take advantage of it! I'm sorry, but I will warn anyone coming in, don't use the app. The manager never apologized, but made the order and claimed it never came in even though the app tracks it. I will not be going back, I'll continue to support a locally-owned breakfast restaurant and if I'm in a hurry, just grab a breakfast bar. ?

Waited at the counter for 5 minutes since the kiosks were closed. By this time the mobile offer on our phone now registered as used. She said she couldn’t do anything about it. Are you kidding me? No one would help us and as a result -too bad?Poor management, poor customer service, and no one pays attention to the lobby. Super disappointed.

This has got to be THE WORST McDonald's in the state. There is always an issue when I go here; I don't go that often, and I'd avoid it altogether if it wasn't the only option in the area at certain times. They will mess up your order. They will serve you flat soft drinks. They will hand you the nastiest, oldest, spongiest fries you can imagine. They are ALWAYS conveniently out of every single promotional sauce or item McDonald's ever does. They are regularly out of normal menu items, too! Of course, the ice cream machine isn't working. The drive thru workers will pull five cars in a row through one lane, while you sit in the other wondering if they know you're even there. Sometimes, they'll just shut one lane down, but they won't cone it off or anything, so you get to make a fun loop around the building and get back in line. They'll whisper into the headset, and then act like it's your fault that you can't hear them. Or, alternatively, they'll rudely announce "speak up!!" This restaurant and it's staff are an absolute disgrace.

Whoever was running drive through was super rude at the order board, and was sneering at me when I tried to pay. I also had to ask for my receipt three times and she cursed at me under her breath. Non service aside the parking lot is hard to get into and there's no trash can outside.
