Wow!! Cooper blew us away with his icing artistry. My husband communicated with him regarding a cookie cake to celebrate my published book. He was responsive, imaginative, and went above and beyond, even getting creative with icing colors for the best result. Check out his detailed and impressive icing recreation in these pictures. Can’t wait to find another opportunity for Cooper to decorate a cookie cake for us!!
The girls who work there are lovely but the guy who seems to be the manager definitely needs to work on his manors.
The tongue Hulu was like super hot and it tasted disgusting, and I was like all sharp in my mouth and made my jaw hurt more for five dollars, not worth it.

Do not recommend. Ordered 2 Halloween decorated mini cookie cakes, they put them both in the same box and placed one on top of the other ruining half of the design. If I had seen this before going home I would have asked for my money back including the undeserving tip.

My cookies came raw in the middle. And i couldn’t get a refund for it. Never coming back again
I always get a cookie sandwich here when I get the chance. But I asked for a fresh semi sweet cookie sandwich today. I didn't tell him why, just that I wanted a fresh one (mainly cause I noticed the one in the case was hard). He said that is a semi sweet in the case. I just agreed to take it because I didn't feel like explaining why I wanted a fresh one. And of course, as soon as I got it, I could barely press it cause it was hard like I knew it was. I didn't even finish it when I got home because again, it was too hard. Can't I just ask for a fresh cookie sandwich and be given one. I know this review may seem like I'm wining, but I was just really disappointed. I guess next time if I get push back, I just won't get anything.
We placed an order online for a birthday cake. Order was confirmed, then when we arrived to pick up our order at the designated time, we got an email that it had been refunded.
The email for the refund came through at 12:53 PM when our pickup time was set for 12:50 PM. We drove an hour to get there. The refund we got was for $70.40 when the total amount we spent was $83.49. Spoke with the general manager who was combative and rude, explaining that they weren’t at fault because we used a third party app to order (which is the ‘order now’ button on Google for their store). I asked if there was anything they could do because of this major inconvenience. Again, she said it wasn’t their fault. I pointed out that they work with DoorDash so this is still part of their service. She said they are trying to get it shut down. She said “we’re busy and we’re trying to accommodate you by taking an order now” but the earliest it would be available is 4:30 pm (3.5 hours after the pickup time). Then she told me to contact DoorDash since the refund wasn’t for the full amount, but the only contact info on the order is the Mrs. Field’s store phone number. I said “okay thank you” and she hung up on me. ? Just go somewhere else lol.

Yuck. Please skip this place. I’m not sure what they use for their ingredients but by far some of the worst tasting cookies I’ve had. Additionally the extra hidden cc fee is ridiculous. I didn’t even want to pay with cc and started with cash however that’s another story. It was clear neither team member wanted to be there as well, maybe because the cookies aren’t good. Please do yourself a favor and find better tasting cookies.

They have a tiny slip of paper with a paragraph of text taped to the register saying you will be charged an extra 4% of your total if you pay with a credit card. I noticed the slip of paper as I was handing my card to the cashier, and when I asked if I would be charged an extra 4% she seemed to have no idea. Another employee stepped up from the back and answered “yes…”.4% is not an insignificant amount; to not be totally transparent about it is sketchy at best. The cashier should mention the charge and add it to the total before communicating the total and taking the card; instead it’s basically a hidden 4% fee charged after the fact unless you are the type to read slips of paper taped to cash registers.
Excellent customer service!!!! Cooper the cookie Artist has won my trust and even inspired me to join the Mrs Fields rewards program!

I made a purchase on 02/14/24 @ 5:26pm. I told the young man what I wanted to purchase. He picked up a bag to put the cookies in....He put his entire naked hand into the bag and pushed open the sides and moved his hand all around the inside of the bag to open it up. I was appalled!!!! I said Sir, excuse me, I am not trying to be funny but you put your entire bare hand in my bag and moved it all around the bag and now you are going to put my cookies in it???? He became upset and angrily threw the bag in the trash. He put a glove on his hand (which he already knew to do) and opened a new bag. (Mind you....he was going to pick up the cookies I was purchasing with that same bare hand.) He put the cookies in the bag. He was "thirty eight hot with me". He was steaming with anger. Once I got my receipt, I noticed that a females name was listed in the sold by area (Julia P.). My cookies were not sold to me by Julia P. The cookies were good but this store is obviously very short staffed because every time I stop by to purchase, the staff seem to be overwhelmed and annoyed at all the customer traffic because they have to come from the back to accommodate purchases.

I cannot express enough how courteous and helpful Cooper was with me. I live in Texas and my son lives in Denver. I ordered a cookie cake for his birthday and wanted a college logo on it. Cooper immediately looked up the school and texted me pictures to verify what I wanted. And, he did it all with a smile in his voice. Even though he was super busy, he took all the time with me needed and did not make me feel like an interruption. He definitely made me feel like a valued customer. They have my business from now on.
