This place is an absolute gem! My friends and I were referred to this restaurant while visiting the Denver area for a girls' trip. We were blown away by the quality of food and service we experienced. Our group enjoyed sharing the wonton soup, beef rice noodles, spicy garlic chicken, green beans, and the dumplings. Chef Owen was delightful and everything he prepared was absolutely delicious!

The food is authentic. I mean the real Chinese food with the should-be taste. Thumbs up #one. Especially the steamed bun. Exactly like the way my ant makes it. Definitely not the factory made ones from supermarket. Thumbs up #two. I’m so surprised that why the buns so good and owner told me that he insisted to keep the best quality. For example, owner even waits for chef to return from vacation to resume selling the buns instead of compensating the quality or taste. I’m so impressed that owner keeps the quality and authenticity in a place relatively not that many Chinese population. Thumbs up #three. I really enjoyed the food and appreciate owner keeping the quality and taste. As one known for good appetite, only thing is that I wish I can break my record of two orders of buns in one meal.

I was going to review as I was sitting at the table, but I ate so much I had to use what energy I had left to get to my car and drive home for a nap! This is the best Asian down to earth spot in denver hands down some of the best Asian food I've had in America, these guys are super authentic and I'm so glad a place like this opened in the denver area owner and chef was doing some amazing work in the kitchen the hostes and waitress was polite and kind up to speed even though she needed some help from Google translater(great sign by the way) she did a great job at telling us what we should get we got the steamed buns, absolutely amazing, fried dumplings were gorgeously great, they were out of duck we are going back for that!, we had the twice fried pork holllyyyy molley it was fire, the lamb omg magical, yu Shang pork super good, orange chicken very well done (person who ordered was very simple lol) and the beef brisket soup!!!! Probably some of the best Asian soups I've had, and when we were done the chef and the waitress thanked is personaly for coming. And going back and ordering 5 new dishes I moat try their whole Manu and so should you!

NBX Asian Cuisine is a fantastic restaurant with authentic Chinese food. The owner is also the chef and they prepare all their dishes fresh. I recommend the beef eggplant dish if you like eggplant. Just the right amount of crispiness on the eggplant. I also recommend the beef or pork dumplings.

This place is legit. It’s authentic Chinese food and it’s not like American Chinese food. As an asian, it always warms my heart to find authentic asian restaurants with owners who take pride in their cooking. The owner was extremely friendly and we can tell how much effort and care he put into making his dishes. We had such a lovely experience and are extremely grateful to have had the chance to support this local restaurant before moving out of CO. If you’re deciding where to go, skip the chinese chain restaurants, and instead give this local mom n pop place a try. You won’t regret! I would 100% recommend if you are looking for authentic legit Sichuan Chinese food in Colorado.
Must try: - Spicy beef tendon: cold sichuan style beef appetizer in nutty chili sauce with fresh cilantro and onions. Very refreshing. - Eggplant in sauce: SO GOOD! Crispy on the edges and caramelized with sweet tangy light coated sauce. Must try if you love eggplant. - Spicy garlic chicken: fried chicken pieces with garlic and chili crisps and veggies. - Steamed pork dumplings: we were surprised how big the dumplings were compared to most restaurants. So delicious.
Food was delicious with one of the most authentic flavor we’ve ever tried. Price is pretty comparable to other similar restaurants. Staff were nice, but not as attentive. The restaurant dining space is pretty tight, only have 1 restrooms for both men and women, and no changing table for smaller children, so if you have small children who is still in diaper, you will need to find alternative way to change them.

Not your typical NY style Chinese takeout place. Their menu has a lot of unusual options, including cold noodles and lamb.
Food was fresh and fast. The server worriedly told us it would be 10 minutes because they had to warm up the kitchen, as if a 10 minute wait is a long time. I guess it may be, for them.
I will definitely come back next time I'm in the area. That lamb dish was awesome.
