I really hate the way that they queue people in line at the Park Meadows boutique. They do not have lines they put you in a queue and tell you someone will come get you once it’s your time is to order. On a busy day this is chaotic and awkward. There’s not enough space for people to be floating around the way they expect. I’ve had Nespresso for years and to simply want to place my order and go.

My fiancé and I came here to just buy some espresso, I mean just buy maybe two sleeves. I was stopped by the entrance by a very rude staff person saying I needed to be on a wait list. Then as I tried to get in line just to see a menu I was told that I needed to wait and they let other people go in front of us! Very pretentious there and treated us like crap. Just buy your coffee online people, it’s just espresso it’s not that serious.

I was there last week. I went into the store looking to leave with a nespresso machine however one of the staff there was so rude. She looked my mom and I up and down and gave us such a condescending judgemental look. I saw her with other customers as well and she was just as rude. Was completely shocked at the treatment. Some staff were much more polite yet she was so rude and judgemental enough we chose to leave sans machine.

As a daily Nespresso drinkers for over 7yrs now, we always pop in when necessary to replenish stock and try new products. However, thanks to Ava, our experience turned from a difficult situation with a machine fault into one so positive we were left reminiscing about the days when customer service meant something to other companies. Our sincere gratitude to Ava and crew for their exemplary service and willingness to go the extra mile to make us proud to support their products. We continue to be grateful and thankful we live so close to this store.

I did not go to the physical location but I called in about my machine because it was not pumping water. I got in touch with their customer service and a man named Bismarck. He was absolutely fantastic. He walked me through some of the reset capabilities and after about 25 minutes of helping me, we got it working! Very pleased with his help and his time.

My mother and I have been coming to the Park Meadows location for quite some time. The atmosphere and service have always been decent. However, yesterday we had the pleasure of being served by a young woman by the name of Ava. She was incredibly helpful and kind, going out of her way to listen to our small constructive criticisms of the Nespresso app and even our unrelated (yet eventful) story that happened when sending back the recycled Nespresso pods. This was exactly what customer service should be…. being able to listen intently to the customer while still being efficient and promoting their coffee. Great job!!

I used to like coming here but this last experience was just annoying. I hate that you have to check in now instead of just waiting in a queue. They got rid of the disposable cups so now if you want a sample you have to stand around in the store to finish your coffee or leave it unfinished on the counter. Finally they were out of 3 of the items I wanted and was told to order them online. This is really obnoxious because you need to hit a certain dollar amount to get free shipping on your online order. Seems like a waste of my time to come here. I have other coffee machines and this was enough to discourage me from using my nespresso.

Always worth the stop if there isn’t a crazy line for a cup of free coffee. Online typically has better promotions however, if you need some sleeves in a pinch, it’s nice to have this as an option.
