I did not go to the physical location but I called in about my machine because it was not pumping water. I got in touch with their customer service and a man named Bismarck. He was absolutely fantastic. He walked me through some of the reset capabilities and after about 25 minutes of helping me, we got it working! Very pleased with his help and his time.

My mother and I have been coming to the Park Meadows location for quite some time. The atmosphere and service have always been decent. However, yesterday we had the pleasure of being served by a young woman by the name of Ava. She was incredibly helpful and kind, going out of her way to listen to our small constructive criticisms of the Nespresso app and even our unrelated (yet eventful) story that happened when sending back the recycled Nespresso pods. This was exactly what customer service should be…. being able to listen intently to the customer while still being efficient and promoting their coffee. Great job!!

I used to like coming here but this last experience was just annoying. I hate that you have to check in now instead of just waiting in a queue. They got rid of the disposable cups so now if you want a sample you have to stand around in the store to finish your coffee or leave it unfinished on the counter. Finally they were out of 3 of the items I wanted and was told to order them online. This is really obnoxious because you need to hit a certain dollar amount to get free shipping on your online order. Seems like a waste of my time to come here. I have other coffee machines and this was enough to discourage me from using my nespresso.

Always worth the stop if there isn’t a crazy line for a cup of free coffee. Online typically has better promotions however, if you need some sleeves in a pinch, it’s nice to have this as an option.

Just came in this afternoon from Albuquerque. I usually have to order online since there isn’t a Nespresso store near me. The experience was amazing! The staff were so kind, had us trying a few samples and were super nice when we didn’t know we needed to scan to check in. And we got in right away and bought lots! Great experience!

I just had an amazing experience at this location! The lady in the front offered to put me in the line virtually while I shopped around. She let me know about all the new flavors they just came out with! The barista in the back made me a coffee with a new seasonal flavor, even offering milk and sugar! After 5 minutes of shopping, the barista came back over to check on how I liked the coffee! I wanted it a little more sweet so she made some adjustments to ensure I liked it!

The Wonderer

I thought I was being petty and the only customer urked by the new "digital/QR code" check-in. Totally ridiculous! As I read the reviews, I discover there are a lot of unhappy customers with this latest check-in tactic. I don't want to come in and be told to mingle and look around! I know what I want and want to be able to walk right in and get my coffee and leave. I don't need three consecutive sales sharks pressuring me into more coffee. Please Nespresso take these comments to heart, we don't like the new "digital/QR code" check-in process and don't like the high pressure sales tactics...STOP! I am choosing to buy Nespresso but that choice can easily change if these annoying tactics don't stop immediately!

Stopped in on a quieter Monday and had the most wonderful chat with the on-hand barista named Cathy! She was willing to talk about my interest and her interests both while also explaining the virtual queue (great idea btw!) and have us sample the seasonal coffees. 11/10 experience because of Cathy.
