I used to like coming here but this last experience was just annoying. I hate that you have to check in now instead of just waiting in a queue. They got rid of the disposable cups so now if you want a sample you have to stand around in the store to finish your coffee or leave it unfinished on the counter. Finally they were out of 3 of the items I wanted and was told to order them online. This is really obnoxious because you need to hit a certain dollar amount to get free shipping on your online order. Seems like a waste of my time to come here. I have other coffee machines and this was enough to discourage me from using my nespresso.
Always worth the stop if there isn’t a crazy line for a cup of free coffee. Online typically has better promotions however, if you need some sleeves in a pinch, it’s nice to have this as an option.

Loved working with the team of ladies at Nespresso in Park Meadows last week! Kate, Kimora, Sara and Elisa were not only super friendly but knowledgeable on their products and my husband and I looooove our morning coffees!

The team was amazing and super friendly! They quickly greeted us and informed us of their new products. They took us to try some samples and were so happy with this experience! They continued to check on us and make sure we were doing good and enjoying our drinks!

Just came in this afternoon from Albuquerque. I usually have to order online since there isn’t a Nespresso store near me. The experience was amazing! The staff were so kind, had us trying a few samples and were super nice when we didn’t know we needed to scan to check in. And we got in right away and bought lots! Great experience!

I just had an amazing experience at this location! The lady in the front offered to put me in the line virtually while I shopped around. She let me know about all the new flavors they just came out with! The barista in the back made me a coffee with a new seasonal flavor, even offering milk and sugar! After 5 minutes of shopping, the barista came back over to check on how I liked the coffee! I wanted it a little more sweet so she made some adjustments to ensure I liked it!

I thought I was being petty and the only customer urked by the new "digital/QR code" check-in. Totally ridiculous! As I read the reviews, I discover there are a lot of unhappy customers with this latest check-in tactic. I don't want to come in and be told to mingle and look around! I know what I want and want to be able to walk right in and get my coffee and leave. I don't need three consecutive sales sharks pressuring me into more coffee. Please Nespresso take these comments to heart, we don't like the new "digital/QR code" check-in process and don't like the high pressure sales tactics...STOP! I am choosing to buy Nespresso but that choice can easily change if these annoying tactics don't stop immediately!

Stopped in on a quieter Monday and had the most wonderful chat with the on-hand barista named Cathy! She was willing to talk about my interest and her interests both while also explaining the virtual queue (great idea btw!) and have us sample the seasonal coffees. 11/10 experience because of Cathy.

Simply wanted to pick up a few sleeves of coffee - I knew exactly what I wanted, didn't need any suggestions or additions/changes. However, when I arrive at the store for what should be a 5 minute transaction I'm asked to "sign in" with a QR code ... where is the convenience in visiting the physical location if its going to take me 5 times as a long to do a simple purchase. There was next to no customers in the store ... but I have to sign in to get into a virtual queue ..... Absolutely asinine and I won't visit this store again if this continues, I'd rather order online or just simply switch coffee brands where I don't have to wait in a manufactured line to spend money - fix this absolutely ridiculous change.
I came in last minute to request a cup of coffee on my way home, and Ms. Karlee was so nice and friendly. She quickly gave it to me and even took the time to explain the flavor. She was very professional and welcoming. I really appreciated her recommendation and the great service. We will definitely keep shopping here in the future!

Before covid and little after I use to come here alot to buy pods and everything because the delivery access is more difficult. Now I come in to a trash system of a virtual QR code? This buisness so lazy that they just have a QR code and everything? Cant tell me this store gets so packed need this stupid que? I hardly ever see anyone in the store and now I see why no one goes here. I tried to do the QR code just to see how it goes. Doesn't accept U.S.A numbers. You want outside U.S.A numbers? I entered 3 different phone numbers. "Please enter a valid telegram." This store gone down hill so bad, it needs its gates down permanently. I'm avoiding nespresso now since they don't want U.S.A buisness.

New virtual line is absolute trash. I show up to grab a couple sleeves and they tell me I'm 17th in line when there's only 3 people in the store? You're telling me I have to wait in line behind casual mall goers that aren't even in the store? I'm just here to get my coffee. If it's gonna be this difficult to get coffee I'm gonna switch to keurig. This is ridiculous
