This was the first time we've been to a Newk's. We liked the place and the menu, but were we surprised when we got home and looked at our receipt. I ordered the Pick 3. A huge poster advertised it for $12.99. There was also a rotating advertisement on the menu board saying the Pick 3 was $12.99. I ordered soup, salad and sandwich. The lady said nothing about my incurring a 50¢ additional charge for the soup I chose and a $2.00 additional charge for the salad. If that wasn't enough I was charged $14.99 for the meal. My wife's $11.99 Pick 2 was $13.99 + $2.00. So our $24.98 meal cost $33.48. PLUS a food tax, AND a non-food tax, PLUS a public improvement fee. Shame on me for not noticing that our pre-tip total was $40.26. Will we be back? Oh heck no.

Literally had the best experience! Everyone was really nice! They made sure they asked if we needed anything multiple times. One gentlemen even stopped by our table and gave us some lollipops for my little one. Finally when leaving, they noticed I was carrying a lot of to go items, he stopped and provided me a bag and offered to assist! I honestly already love the food at this place but this experience they have a customer for life! Thank you to all of the team who worked today!

Love this place! Menu is small, but I like that it's easy to choose something. Food is delivered to the table, usually within 5 mins, and is appealing to the eyes. Fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. Good loyalty perks in the app. If you buy their reusable plastic cups, you can bring it back for free refills in the future...who does that anymore!! Plus they have fresh southern sweet tea and lemon wedges that are never slimy or mashed. Quality, simple food and a decent price. They offer seasonal items to mix things up. The Lone Tree location has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Attached a pic of our leftover pizzas, margherita and supreme. Also love the Greek salad because it has tons of toppings!
Newk’s Eatery has quickly become one of my go-to lunch spots—and for good reason. I had the Greek salad paired with a cup of soup today, and it was absolutely delicious. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. On my last visit, I went with the Margherita Pizza, which was equally fantastic. I was so hungry both times I forgot to snap a photo… but next time, I’ll be sure to share the visual proof of just how good it is!
The staff here is consistently friendly and welcoming, the space is clean and inviting, and there’s plenty of parking—something I always appreciate during the lunch rush. Service is impressively fast without ever feeling rushed.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a satisfying, quality meal in a relaxed setting. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu.
