I come in on the last Saturday before Christmas like a bat out of hell right at 9 o’clock when they first open and they were so kind and courteous and thoughtful, and had exactly what I needed right away. They didn’t act annoyed by my insanity, which I was annoyed by my own. The employee on duty was Kayla and she was so sweet and friendly and great at her job, she went above and beyond and truly made my day better by how easy the whole experience was that girl is great at her job.

I called and had an odd request for a riddle to be written on my husband’s cake that was set for delivery bc I am out of town. The team went above and beyond in every sense. Thank you very much for taking care of us ❤️ I so appreciate the kindness and willingness to help and serve.

We ordered multiple cakes for events this weekend, and needed to change one from immediate pickup to delivery 4 days from now. The assistant manager was so kind and helpful! She really went the extra mile, even knowing I’m here from another state, and so won’t be a frequent customer. So many would have just said tough luck! But not this store’s team. And all of our orders were perfect and pretty. So impressed!

We were visiting from out of town and had a few bundtlets delivered to our hotel via Uber Eats. We ordered the limited flavor Touchdown, Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Confetti, and Oreo Cookies & Cream. Every one was super tasty and extremely moist! My fav was the Oreo but they were all really good.

This is our go-to place for birthday cakes. On the pricey side, but worth the extra cost. The chocolate chocolate chip is possibly the best chocolate cake I have ever eaten 🤤
