I ordered via DoorDash and unfortunately they ran out of chicken noodle soup. They gave me two soups as a replacement and wrote a note. Super considerate!

These guys didn't listen to our order. We purchased 2 drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches and they got the drink orders wrong and the sandwichs were barely luke warm, they charged over $30.00??? Highway robbery and ignorant employees equal never ever go to this place. Which is sad because I used to work at the Panera bread on Virginia and Wadsworth and we never did our customers the way this Panera bread does their customers. Disappointed and disgusted.

I thought it was me, but today was the third time that my online order was 5 to 7 minutes past Online scheduled pick up time. Frustrating when your trying to time your morning before meetings….. there was no one in line before me just people walking in to buy pastries. The staff behind the counter looked like they were restocking rather than finishing my order. I had to ask the pastry cashier to check on my order in the kitchen. It was just sitting on the counter unboxed. The cashier boxed it up for me….. Don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location. Mornings are tight and I don’t want to keep expecting something that they can deliver on.

We usually go into the Lone Tree Panera on Saturdays. The older gentlemen who works the register, seems to cough a lot. He does not cover his mouth ever! Someone needs to speak with him. We ordered our food on line to be picked it up. But he stated that our food order did not come over, even though we showed him the email that stated our order was ready. Order was finally found! This store is going downhill very fast. I won't be surprised if it closes. They can't seem to keep good people.

I love that their food doesn't have the additives and preservatives that make food bad for you. They have a wide selection of options. One of my favorites is the salad that has the whole grains in it.

Got the bacon mac, they put no bacon in it. Food was cold and subpar for a 20$ meal. Not coming here again when there's a bunch of better options less than a minute away.
Panera use to be: healthier, good service and fair portions and price. Now: declined service, much smaller portions with higher price (either raise price or cut portion -NOT BOTH). At a time when this country has the highest number of obesity and high blood pressure, it IS NOT the time to increase SODIUM on all your meal. Sorry but until you improve, Panera will NOT be my family's eatery. I hear same complaints among my co-workers :(

Dirtiest Panera bread I've ever been to. Multiple dirty tables, trash and food all over the floor in various places, and barbones staff. Upper management needs to do something to help out this location. Pretty horrible experience all around.
