Love Panera! The last time we were in, there was a wonderful man by the name of Lawrence who waited on us. I looked everywhere and tried everything to try to leave a positive review for him and couldn't figure it out. So now, I want to tell you what a fabulous experience that was and how nice he is. The gentleman working the cashier on the morning of 5/4/25 around 10:30 am was very helpful. He helped us choose a good breakfast sandwich and even checked how we liked it. He is a hard worker and great asset to this location.

This is my first time in Panera Lone tree a last , the staff it's extremely slow , I wait more than 30 minutes for my order and I was not the only one everybody was waiting. The staff says that the broccoli soup was not ready so I decide to wait but that soups was cold.
My exspirence at this location was delightful. The staff was incredibly kind and personable. I was caught off guard by the way they made me feel, valued as a customer and a human being. I am greatful for the effort of the staff to make my exspirence such a positive one. Thank you

That will be my first and last trip to a Panera. I ordered my blt on a baguette. Received sliced bread. Took forever. No napkins in bag. Incompetent, uncaring staff. So I got a latte out of it for over $30. Miserable experience.

I ordered via DoorDash and unfortunately they ran out of chicken noodle soup. They gave me two soups as a replacement and wrote a note. Super considerate!
